Hi, I had a terrible experience here . I ordered the Tostitos Locos, and the pork had visible mold. When I returned to inform the staff and request a refund, Pamela assisted me but was extremely rude. She told me to “Google about cueritos instead of addressing the issue professionally.
I am very upset and completely unsatisfied with the service and the food quality. This experience makes me not want to return.

I asked for a banana split and when I got home not even 2 min away from the store I saw that the lady had served me the ice cream all unfrozen and it was dripping everywhere and it looked like soup technically and the banana was in chunks really disappointed since I waited an hour in line because it was just here there and was really slow and just to get out of there with a banana split melted 😡😡😡😡

We went to our favorite place today for icecream and we are very disappointed! Straight to the point... La Michoacana has a bad roof leak. It looks like the owner is patching it up and not replacing the entire damaged area that looks to be covered with black mold.
That stuff is bad for you! As soon as you walk in, it has that horrible smell. Not good for any business specially for one that serves food to the public. We paid for our icecream and went outside to eat it.
I don't need my kids breathing in that mold. I feel bad for the ladies that work in there all day. They are breathing in all that nasty stuff all day.
If you care about your health and your childrens health I suggest you stay clear away from this place. I'm sure all that food is being contaminated. I won't be surprised if their customers get sick!

We just stop to get some ice cream me and my daughter … there was only one lady gettin helped …. This girl helped her and ignored us and helped some guy who came…. After that she ignored us again and helped some lady which the lady said oh no your next …. I told my daughter let’s go …. Horrible service
