The food tasted gross and they didn't send my complete order they said we the Chinese man was very rude

Racist undertones here. I came in to order food for my mom and was completely ignored—no greeting, no service—until a white customer stepped in to help me. Even then, the worker/owner never acknowledged me. On top of that, someone bumped into me to grab a box without even saying “excuse me.”
It wasn’t “bad service.” It was microaggressions and blatant disregard because I’m Black. I won’t support a business that treats people this way.

My type of spot for some goodies. Just beware of some asian young lady who can do better in making the orders. Overall the food is good and i like the peace it offers!

This place used to be excellent with great customer service, but now they no longer serve full plates. The girl who works there, who wears glasses, is very rude. When you ask her something, she responds with a bad attitude. I don't understand how they can employ someone like that in customer service. I won't be coming back here anymore.

We ordered 2 combos Cs and one had no beef at all only broccoli, if there was no left why not add something or substitute it for something else. And we also didnt get our rice with our meals and there was no napkins nor forks. The service is usually good but disappointed this time.
Everything was horrible and you can tell that the food has been sitting all day nothing was fresh and they chicken egg rolls taste like pork very dissatisfied!!!
Not good service and food is very bad
Katsu Chicken was smelly and black on the inside. Bbq Beef had a sour taste and also smelled. When I asked for a refund employees gave me a bad attitude. I wasnt going to eat exoired meat.

Hands down the best Chinese food in the san bernardino for the price. You're broke, got 15 dollars to your name? Don't worry. Get yourself a combo C and eat for 2 days.
I have only been here twice and both times I got food poisoning the food tastes good but isnt worth it
Food is mid not even that good but it’s the nearest Chinese food place I go to, but service is terrible. Worst customer service I’ve had.
