Food is mid not even that good but it’s the nearest Chinese food place I go to, but service is terrible. Worst customer service I’ve had.

The kung-pao chicken was discussing made with a super thick jelly sauce. Waste of money!

I like the food here. The customer service though was very disappointing in my last experience honestly. I was expecting better from them.
My mom just wanted to try one of the meat items just to be sure that she liked it. The lady just said “no, you can’t!”, we asked why and she didn’t say anything. Then she threw the food to the trash. We thought that was very disrespectful because we were being polite, we were just asking a why for her to do that. So we asked for the manager, and she refused to call the manager. Then, we tried calling for the manager and none was helping, honestly we didn’t have bad intent but it seemed like they didn’t.
It’s not the first time I go there, in fact I used to go very often. But due to that customer experience I don’t think I’ll be going any more. Hopefully they fix their problems on customer experience because the food in general is pretty good.

The young lady at the cou ter is very nice, however the food is not good. The rice and noodles taste undercooked. The food is warm but not good. San Bernardino needs a good Chinese food place.

August 2,2024 Craving Chinese food.We've been coming here for a while now. Last time I came.The service was really horrible.The girl was very rude not friendly. I give them another chance since I've been coming here for a while now people were very friendly before. So I came today thinking maybe they just had a bad day when I came. I have to say those attitude was there personality. When you're working with the public, you should be friendly.You should not open a business if your attitude is going to be this way because it will affect your business. I know I own my business. "Owner"please check on your stuff they are very very rude will make you or break you. So whoever owns this restaurant. Please check on your business. The food is terrible now and the attitude of the staff are bad. Please check up on them they might meet one that is not gonna be taking their bad attitude.It might even get worse and they might get hurt.The only thing I could say if the business owner is not taking care of it, the staff must be a family member.That's the only thing I could say. Sad because i'm asian and we take our work very seriously. I asked the young girl, are you okay? But she gave me a dirty look and she rolled her eyes. One.
Day she will meet someone.That's not gonna take the dirty looks and rolling eyes. Maybe next time when I see her, she'll be blocking blue on the face. So be careful , little girl this world is changing. I wish that I read the Review before I ordered I spent $100.today. The food had no flavor and food very dry. If you see a young girl run. I really don't write reviews but this one I needed to just to warn people.
They’re so rude here; I’ve been here 3 times because the food is decent and I was trying to fulfill my pregnancy craving but every time I come someone who is helping is always so damn rude. They don’t even give us a chance to order our items and always have an attitude because they’re trying to rush you out. I’m never returning again because not only did they piss me off with their attitude for no reason when we’re being polite and correct them kindly on the items we didn’t want, I now also lost my craving for my meal!

WOW what delicious Chinese food and at great low prices , incredible menu selections , open till 9 pm everyday , don’t go anywhere else nor spend more to get delicious quality Chinese healthy meals here .

I'll start by saying I wanted to like this place. When I was ordering I asked for an item and when the very rude girl started putting the wrong item in the container I had to stop her and let her know that was the wrong item. This girl then get a very nasty attitude with me even though I was not my mistake SHE is the one that put the wrong item in the container. Maybe if she wasn't in such a rush to get me out ans pay attention to what this girl was doing she would have got my order right. After everything was all settled I asked for sauce to go with my food. This girl gave me the dirtiest look and rolled her eyes at me. At this point I should have just asked for a refund but I did not want to argue with this little girl and I left. The portion was big but that doesn't matter when your food is trash. Hard rice, old noddles and burnt chicken. I will NEVER go back to this place. I honestly do know how there still in business between the garbage food and a rude little girl taking orders.

Was in line and I watched the girl behind the counter throw utensils at a customer for no reason. She had a extremely bad attitude to everyone and seem like she just didn't want to be working there. After seeing the attitude and how she interacted with a paying customer I walked out I won't be giving them my business.
