Really kind staff, only two were working and they remade my order for me without any problems & the pizza was great! Always come to this location

Hot and ready names should be changed to dry and Warm. Pizza is dry and cheese. Looks like it's been sitting there being kept warm for a few hours. Make sure you have the Worker open the box to see what the pizza looks like before you take it. Or try a different location.

I got there at 1025pm and door was locked. They unlocked it 10 minutes later and was told all they had was wings and crazy bread

I walked in and it was all normal till a random person tried to fight me in the store. I swear lil caesars employees had to be waiting for this day to comeThe employee hopped over the counter n started to beat up this person up. After getting him off me n kicking him out the store bro goes THIS IS LIL CAESARS WE STAY HOT N READY. 10/10 would definitely gonna go back here

Ordered a custom pizza, I paid for the toppings of my choice. Only to come home and open the box to see they completely messed on my order. I didn’t even get half of the toppings I wanted. Paid $20 for the pizza, but looking at what toppings they put on it’s probably not even $9.

I visited the pizza counter at 11:26 and was informed that there was a 20-minute wait. considering I didn’t order a hot and ready pizza, I was told to the wait time was 20 minutes I decided to leave and returned about 20 minutes later to check on my order.

Upon my return, I was told that my order still wasn’t ready because they were backed up, and it would take an additional 10 minutes. I asked why I was initially given a 20-minute wait time if my order wouldn’t be ready by then. The staff member responded that they are instructed to give that estimate, regardless of the actual wait.

It’s frustrating when wait times are not accurate and seem to be standard across visits, especially when there are always people waiting at this location. Clearer communication and more accurate estimates would greatly improve the customer services.

I CALLED TO PLACE AN ORDER, PAID FOR IT AND AN HOUR LATER WHEN MY ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE READY WAS NOT READY! THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND THEN CLAIMED NO ORDER WAS PLACED AND THE ONLY WAY I WAS GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK ISS TO FILE A COMPLAINT. FRAUDULENT, SCAM, ILLEGAL!!

There was a problem and huge ordeal with Costco not having the pizzas I ordered ready for my work event and Cassandra not only helped me figure out how many pizzas I would need to feed everybody, but she even made sure my order was ready in about 25 mins!!! She completely saved the event from being a complete disaster! Her service was above and beyond phenomenal. I could not thank her and her staff enough 🙏💖

Horrible! No type of organization in this store. Some people make line and some people walk in and get helped before the people who were already in line. Brought it up to the cashier and his answer was so irrelevant. Someone was picking up and paying for an online order as was I and she was able to walk in and pay while I'm making line like the rest of the people. Being organized would make it so much easier on themselves especially during peak hour. Make yourself a favor and avoid going there when super busy.
