It's hit or miss for me at this location. But it's better than other area locations. It's by my house, and the service has improved. The gangsters left. The eye rollers are gone. Etc. I love the puffs and the breadsticks. I will keep going until I start having problems again. Please don't make me do that. You're moving in the right direction. Keep going. Even the sodas are better. Thank you!

Now I had the bad luck to be served by a horrible racist despotic person. She is an older lady who does not speak Spanish. I ask her for my order. I made it an hour before just to pick it up. When I ask her, she tells me it is in the oven and then I tell her. How long will it take to be ready? And he tells me I don't know, I tell him I ordered an hour ago and you still don't know when it will be available? To which he responds it's not my fault and I say oh so it's my fault? And she laughs in a mocking tone and another girl came out and gave me my order instantly, her racism was evident.

I called for an order and she sounded like a 5 year old didn't know the promotion I asked about she seemed clueless and confused. I don't know how much training she got but there were no common sense. So I thought ok these kids are going to mess up my pizza and sure enough it was. My thin crust was way overcooked to the point where it was as dried as a deàd leaf, I should've took it back but it's ok I just won't order from there AGAIN! And the crazy puffs was super burnt, just unacceptable, overall careless and messy!...sad employees there hopefully they can better n better with time especially when it's so easy, just watch the temp! That's all.... Good luck!! ?

Just ordered two pizzas from. Never had an issue get home and one pizza is wrong. It’s not even what I ordered. It’s a plain cheese pizza. I know that I should’ve checked it before I left but at the same time that’s what they’re getting paid for the check and make sure the orders go out correctly. I don’t understand, why no one checked it will definitely not be going to this Little Caesars anymore. This has happened quite a bit of times now I give up.
