Rude staff after delayed order I asked for large cup of ice they said I will have to pay 3 bucks. They basically do all they can so you don’t comeback. This was Monday August 4 2:50 PM.

This is the usual McDonalds I go to, just for them to have hired a young incompetent manager that cant do her job lol 😂Never have I been charged for 2 sauces, that’s embarrassing she should learn her simple job not hard to run a tiny fast food floor. she apparently was the shift lead working around 3:00pm, like if that actually is a rule why aren’t you teaching your crew to charge for sauce ahead of time, what a joke ! Lmfao

I was asked to park, 30 minutes later I went thru the drive thru again. Still did not have my order, no apology I asked for a refund and left. Very poor service location corner of Mt. Vernon and Baseline in San Bernardino, CA.

I went to this McDonald’s and the employees had crass attitudes, upon getting our food we found they gave us half filled fries, half filled drinks and quarter filled sundae cups. Went back inside to ask for the rest of the food and was met with attitude when the employee returned the “new” food to us they had just given us back the old food with a few extra fries. When we got home we found a chewed piece of gum in the bottom of our bag. We went back up to the location and spoke to the managers, the employees stood inside peaking out as we spoke to the management. 0/10 at this location better off driving up the street to the one on Riverside
Just a bunch of rude ass workers, including the manager . They all need to be fired ! How are you rude to customers when you mess up there order. Cold fries , messed up my drink . Just over terrible customer service never coming back to this one .

They frequently mess up my order. The fries have no salt or they give you a small fry in a medium box. Two lanes but they are slow for no reason.
