After waiting for my food, I finally received my order. However, the employee at the drive-thru made no eye contact, simply threw the bag into my car, and shut the window without a word. Upon checking my order, I realized that parts of it were missing. When I returned to the window to address the issue, the staff member demanded my receipt in an abrupt manner, grabbed another bag, and aggressively tossed it through my window before slamming their own window shut.

This level of customer service is extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy, which was completely absent in this interaction. Furthermore, receiving an incomplete order adds to the frustration, as I had to go out of my way to correct an error that should not have happened in the first place.

Worst experience came thru drive thru came for my mobile order and it was to cone ice cream and 1 Sunday I pay more for extra Carmel and the Mexican manager gave me the dirtiest look when I told her I paid more for Carmel she said that all I will get I told her that’s fine please charge me again for more and got the worst customer service here they shouldn’t have people that hate there jobs serving the community and she charge me for something I didn’t Even get really 2 sauce packets when I got two pumps of Carmel

Terrible staff, they stole my money and didn't give me my food, I told one of the staff and she came out all horrible saying that they were going to give it back to me and like that, they still haven't given me anything back, don't go there, they don't bother to take good care of the staff. people there is an African American lady, not to say black, who yells at people and no one says anything to her, the manager okay churros, she's just standing there.

food was ok, girl didnt fill my fries and when i asked her to fill them she says that they weigh them so she cant give me anymore her coworker jumps in and says it too like i didnt see them make my order… never was weighed dont even make sense either she had no problem serving herself a full fry when it was time for her break hut i guess that explains her weight anyways i work at McDonald’s different location, charged me for extra sauce on the side which i dont mind but they didnt even bother to fill it up was 2 cm filled paid for two… make it make sense also was never welcomed in nor was i acknowledged so i did order on kiosk… really dirty inside hairs on the tables trash all over the floor girls with long acrylic finger nails… how embarrassing and disgusting to eat from them

I still enjoy eating McDonald's even though the prices are far more higher than most restaurants. This morning I went in there to order something and I stood in front of the counter at least 10 minutes never being acknowledged. I was finally asked if I needed any help and I said yes, I was told that I needed to use the kiosk. There is no sign in front of the register, it only has a sign we are going digital. I understand that the company's trying to find ways to save money but when you can't acknowledge customers I can see where your priorities are it's not customer service. So I did call their 805 number and spoke to someone that didn't seem to really care and tell me that it was my choice if I wanted to go there anymore. Not everyone wants to use apps and kiosks and still like interacting with other human beings. Today I found it very disrespectful from the bottom to the top which would be the person I called, it really makes me wonder when you read all these things on the internet about McDonald's losing business it's because of their new practices and having some of the highest prices in the fast food industry. Very disappointed not how I want to start my day.

I don’t usually eat at McDonald’s but decided to go to the location on my Vernon. I was told I needed to use the touch screen that they have to order my families meal. I wanted to order with a person. There were at least 6 people not doing anything.. definitely will not visit any other McDonald’s anytime soon.

The food is good and not its crazy how they get there burgers to taste so good one day and horrible the next, not to mention some of the worked are rude and ignore whatever you got to say, I was waiting in there for 10 minutes just to not be noticed or helped. I just wanted water😭.

Got here at 12:35am because it said it was open till 3am. Pulled up to the drive thru and played the automated message saying it was closed. This business needs to update there hours. There was employees inside the building but they did not say anything over the speaker I sat there for 5 minutes and did this review.
