This McDonald's is great when it comes to messing up orders. The dining area is usually closed since its next to Arrowview Middle School, but if you do get inside then don't expect much from it.

I’m so upset. I can’t get any help here. This app had my card on file. I don’t know what is going on but I’m sick of having to use these contactless inside kiosks that help no one and have glitches all the time. Put people back in place to talk to and get assistance. It took almost an hour to get my food. Very disappointed

7/26/2025 Stopped in here for late lunch before going to 'Yaamava'. For fast-paced needs, McDonald's is always perfect. Additionally they cater to my custom diet order. Ordering burgers without buns, with extra shredded lettuce, they serve them in a salad type box for you. They brought the food out to my car in no time. The restrooms were clean and extra well maintained. Order was perfect! Even threw in a fork and knife that I forgot to ask for. Staff were extra helpful! Very on point! I once asked for a soda (dr pepper) with no ice and they gave me my soda with extra ice and it was also mixed with orange soda. I also went another time and they gave me soda mixed with something nasty, like carbonated water mixed with dr pepper. Everytime i ask for a $5 meal they ask what sauce i want but by the time im home i see theres no sauce?

Mr Manager Brayan has the luxury to pick and choice when a costumer can substitute something they are paying for, if that’s not enough he couldn’t show a policy where is says I’m not able to substitute something my child is ALLERGIC to. Please find better management that know their store policy, the system let him change it but upon his preference he said he still can’t do it.

The manager had an angry face. It took her 30 minutes to give me a soda that I was missing. And she still starts answering with bad manners.
This place has a lot of bad reviews but they are also super busy and stressed out just give them a little patience and a lil kindness and thelldo a great job for all of us thank u guys so much
