This place is very good, as for everything, the manager Isael and the manager Rosa, my respect. They always try to help and everything, but the workers they have are useless. Very bad service and they ignore people when they speak to them. I have already seen more than 2 times that there are people who throw orders at their feet because they are abusive.

This is a museum i love bringing my kids to see all the old toys from McDonald's and it's free they have a donation. It's pretty cool

Honestly, it's pretty horrible when you go in for help on an order you already placed.And the lady he picks and choose who she wants to help since I was standing there for almost 15 minutes at the time. But when kids walked up, she helped them and then went back to the kitchen, it had me sitting there for an additional 10 minutes. Just to pick up the order. I had already placed, and at this time, it's been 40 minutes. Food came cold and every time I tried to get her attention.She told me she was busy

If the workers don’t like working here then why even show up always having an attitude and when you ask for salsa they say “ salsa with an attitude, did you ask for any?” Like for real you guys need new people working in the morning people who really want to work and switch the people from the morning to afternoon anyways worse service I’ve gotten so far from any mc Donald’s.

Poor customer service and poor communication with hiring opportunities and the outside is a dump
Came here on a Sunday. I don't know how insanely crowded this McD on Highland and Del Rosa usually is, It took a good 20 minutes just to place my orders and another 30 minitus to get my order. I had to aggressively ask the workers for my order. The people eating indoors had tjeir orders called out and delivered before the takeout orders.The prices listed on the electronic indoor billboards and quoted by the cashiers are for the app only.
