Came here on a Sunday. I don't know how insanely crowded this McD on Highland and Del Rosa usually is, It took a good 20 minutes just to place my orders and another 30 minitus to get my order. I had to aggressively ask the workers for my order. The people eating indoors had tjeir orders called out and delivered before the takeout orders.The prices listed on the electronic indoor billboards and quoted by the cashiers are for the app only.

This one doesn't honor all app deals. Drive thru before walk-ins, call order if not there they walk away, if your order is there and ready they'll stare at the screen instead of hand you the order. If dm is there they work more respectfully

They don’t know what there doing they can never get a order right I make sure to double check and no they don’t know what there doing the people are always rude and never able to fix an issue especially at the pay window horrible service I don’t mind driving a little farther out for better service then this bull shit

Ive noticed all McDonald's make you use their Kiosks to order your food. Which I don't mind myself the only problem is when I have cash and I can't pay at the Kiosk I have to go to the register to pay and they NEVER have anyone their to help you. You literally stand there for MINUTES at a time just to get someone to the register to pay for your order. And then you have employees walking back and forth passing you by at the register while you just stand there and wait to pay for your order that you placed like 10 or more minutes ago. I don't know what that issue is but it is very annoying and it needs to be addressed.

The place is ok for people that are traveling trough the city it looks super vintage and it's a good place to take a lifetime memory picture because it is the first McDonald's ever served it just feels like there was something special there at once.

Purposely don't put toilet paper in the RR so the homeless won't use the restroom... That's great for us who pay 🙃
