I only ordered a large fry and a hot fudge sundaeI asked for no salt on my fries and they put a lot on salt on my fries anyways but that part is whatever to meWhat's worse is that when I got the sundae they did not put the cap on it properly and by the time I got home the sundae was spilling over the side in my cup holder making a mess and so I go to pick it up just to find that it has spilled ice cream all over the sides as if it was melting even when I first put it downI don't know if the girl who did my order was rushing to give me my small order , but this is the worst I've ever gotten served at a drive-thru, especially for such a small order

My wife and I recently moved to the area and live not to fare from this location this is the second time this week my wife has ordered a Bacon Double Quarter Pounder Combo with No Onions we get home and it’s a single quarter pounder with onions. I will call the restaurant to get my order replaced and she right off says what do you want me to do about it?? When placing the order in the drive thru the order takers are so quick to rush you and say is that it! Is that it! That they can’t get my order correct.. i think the manager at this location should coach the team a little bit better on how to listen correctly when taking the orders I shouldn’t have to go out of my way trying to find another location to go to when this is convenient for me to go after work please do something about this poor customer service at this location because it sucks!!!

I'm pretty sure this is not how a big Mac is made. The toes on the bottom and the middle buns are the new toe. I have been to this location multiple times, and nothing seems to be right. However, I am also not the type for handouts, so a review is better than a call for me.

Idk whats up with the young staff working at these fast food restaurants. If u dont wanna work go somewhere else. The guy who gave me my food didnt even put on the lid correctly on my mcflurry. I was in a hurry to leave that i just let it go but that was very unacceptable.

They park me every time, whether it's a single item or a meal. Today they asked me to park in disabled parking b/c all of their "Mcdonald's pick up parking spots" were filled with other parked customers. ILLEGAL and unethical - this isn't okay. I've filed a formal complaint with the city's ADA office.Wheelchair accessibility: They use handicap spots to keep their recorded wait times down.
