Take forever to attend me the clerk was not even paying attention to what I was saying had to tell her like more than twice the place is clean but could use a little bit more cleaning the food was plain and look like they didn't put effort into it I will definitely not be coming to this McDonald's again

I used to love this location because of the freshness of the food and the friendly staff. For the last month or so, I've been extremely disappointed with my food. My fries have been soft and taste as if they were cooked in an air fryer because they are not crispy, slightly limp and just bland. Also I dont understand why I order a large and for the last 3 visits, I've had to wait for fresh fries only to get the carton half filled. Mind you this is a large fry that I'm paying $5 for to get medium size quantity (this time I took a picture). I don't understand what has changed but I hope they get it together. In this economy, quality and quantity is important. This location has been missing the mark on both. I have lived over here for 11 years and this was my go to McDonald's but I am starting to rethink my options.

The line was hella long so I went inside. I was in town and my Mom told me aboit a $5 holla on the coffee and Mcgriddle. I haven't had one in years so this was the move. This is a new Mcdonalds and it feels like a video game simulation or something but for real we probably shouldn't eat Mcdonalds.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. this location has a play place for children. All the parents let them play together and the kids interact well with each other despite economic or racial differences. I enjoy watching kids just being kids. The food is always great and the employees always make every effort to make our visit the best experience possible.

I ordered from the machine. I’ll finish ordering, but there was no paper, so I'll ask the chasers for a receipt—that’s it. However, they don’t know what I want because they jump into a queue. I asked for the receipt about five times, and they finally understood, thank God! The person in front of me got his food but was waiting for his change. He waited for a while.

Worst Experience for Order Picking up at this store, They dont priortize first come first serve.
Today i had an pickup of just drinks, its not so complicated to pack them in few mins even in rush, but i saw him keeping aside my order & giving away all other orders, who ordered after me. I was disappointed to witness this, always he does that when i go to pickup at the store.

Since about a week or two ago the fries have been soggy and tastes like an uncooked potato… the McDonald’s in highland is way better. But Everyone here is super polite and friendly tho and great costumer service from the cashiers

Very lazy staff. All their attention is towards drive through and they don’t pay attention towards people waiting inside the restaurant. Specially uber and doordash drivers have to wait too long to get orders that mostly it feels like it doesn’t worth it.

These guys are super nice but seem shorthanded at dinner. I literally have to wait 5 minutes before anyone takes my order at the front counter.. and that's like everytime I go into this place. They also will bring your food to your table, but don't give you a napkin or ketchup so back to the 5 minute wait at counter for something they could have easily grabbed for you. Their dining room could use some more attention.. most tables look used, if they'd just send someone they with a rag and broom one in awhile it'd make all the diff. No complaints on the food tho and like I said, their staff is pretty cool so they got that going for them.
