The company needs know they're cheating. When you place a mobile order, they cheat the system by telling their computers your order is ready in order to meet the requirements McDonald's corporation has set for them. Basically when you receive a message your order is ready, it won't be. They'll tell you "It's coming up right now". Yeah, no it's not.

Service here is pretty much always terrible. The food is generally what you ordered, but always check, because I've had them miss items. I really wouldn't eat here if it wasn't close to home, they really should do better
4 years ago I gave this place a good rating today this morning January 23rd what's horrible I guess it's a new girl they didn't complete my order and missing an oatmeal oh we read it on the screen twice I said yes I saw oatmeal on the screen she was arguing with me I told her to stop talking to me that way and she goes oh I'm not talking to you any kind of way with an attitude I'm like yes you are and she handed my order to someone else so they can have it to me and throw my change in the bag extremely unprofessional she could have said well this is the policy we usually have you go around and then pay for it again but I'll make an exception since you're already here because they messed up my order it was not my fault it was them and then hand me my order and throw my change in the bag so unprofessional

This has to be the worse McDonald’s ever lol. They are going to give you whatever they want to give you. I ordered a bagel sandwich no egg it had egg. I ordered a holiday pie they gave me an expired strawberry pie. I have NEVER had a good experience with this mcds. I wait long periods hoping it’s a new staff that can comprehend but nope.
