They can't make your oder right, and they had run out of all breakfast items and were serving lunch already from what the manager on the phone told me. It was only 8:15 am. How do you have 0 breakfast items. It just tells me they didn't want to make the order. I called the store asking why it was canceled the manager there was super rude and hung up mid convo. They have no costumer service at all.

Horrible! Make the drive elsewhere! They dont come up to counters to see if you need anything. My order was placed at 11:13 i received my order at 11:43!!! She said they where waiting on mc chicken. I used to work at mc donalds it doesn't take 40 minutes for a mc chicken! By the time I got the food the rest of it was cold and fries soggy!

one star rating the manager at this location was very rude. and the service here is very unprofessional when picking up a order with uber eats The employees at McDonald’s refused to give them back to me when I was there and I asked them. I’m here to pick up for Uber gave him the code the last three of the code and they held the bag against my own will and then I called in today and talked to the manager. The manager says I don’t care you can file against me. I don’t care you don’t care you’re at work you’re gonna lose your job very disturbing for McDonald’s to do that to their customers

The soda machine in the dining area was off. The staff was asked by multiple people to turn it on, each time they said it was on NOW. But there was NO SODA FROM THE MACHINES!! This is poor customer service. Oh and there is NO parking!!

Isaiah on drivethru is rude and unfriendly. it would honestly for the sake of this restaurants business to survive to place him out of interaction with customers. Its clear he has no desire to provide good customer service. The manager on duty even acknowledged Isaiah had several complaints on him tonight.
Update: decided to give this location another chance and Aria on Drivethru apparently doesn't understand when a customer says only pickle that doesn't mean ring it up as no pickle. This locations entire night crew is incompetent including management. Considering they make $20/hr i would expect they would at least have some brainpower.
