It never fails. This McDonald's doesn't train their staff correctly. At least 50% of the time they get your order wrong. Today was no exception. I ask the guy at the drive through if everything was in the bag and he assured me it was. Only to get home and be missing items. Calling them makes no difference. They tell you to go back for your food, and ask for the manager, and conveniently, the manager is not there. Last time they do it to me. I have 4 kids that love McDonald's. But they going to have to get used to jack in the box . I'm done with them.
Every time I come to this McDonald’s I am always parked even when I ordered the food through mobile order and waited 10-15mins to drive there. When I get my order it’s always wrong, I ask for plain burgers on some of the burgers because my kids will not eat the items, they make some plain some regular. I just left and I ordered a double quarter pounder and when I got home it was a damn single, I ordered apple slices in the kids meal and did not get them instead more fry’s, I forgot to mention when I was parked they left out a Big Mac and when I told them they were like are you sure I’m like look. I had to wait again only to get home to find out the some of the rest of order the was wrong.

You'd swear your buying a steak dinner, 9 bucks for a bagel sandwich. not a meal a single sandwich RIDICULOUS. My McDonald's days are about over. They're attitude is share holders first, and I'm not the only one who feels this

I was here with my granddaughter in the morning when I saw a family come in and overheard them ask for a refund because the workers gave them the wrong order and let me just say I've never seen such servers treat customers in such a way! I was very upset with the servers way of treating the poor family! The servers were yelling at the customers and everything! I had to run out with my granddaughter and let me just say I will not be returning.
