I am a driver for Door Dash. I went in to pick up an order and the employee had not started on my order yet. She was by herself so I understood. After she finished helping the people that were there before me, I assumed she would start working on my order next. Another customer walked in and she started helping them next. I questioned why she wasn't starting on my order next and she said she has to help the customers in the lobby first. So does the customer who paid for their order already not count just because they ordered it to be delivered? When I told her it was ridiculous that she was going to make me wait until the lobby was empty, she threatened to kick me out. If the owner can't afford to pay for more than one employee and completing online orders is too much for the employee working there, maybe they should not offer it as a service. Pretty simple.

Unfortunately I have to be honest and this place is trash. The hubby got a blended drink and it was the worst he's had. Bland and nothing to rave about. Their ice cream mixes seem like something different and new, yeah I'd look for a new ice cream place. Sucks because we literally live so close but it's a complete miss!

23 minutes in line!! 1 employee on a June Saturday night 7pm and 90° outside - ??? Taking her sweet time too, but poor her. 30% of the customers gave up and walked out. Maybe it was just a bad night, but where’s the owner to step in or run it well enough to have backup. This needed 3 staff for sure!
Ice cream was good/ok, nothing special. Pics look way better. Kids and locals will like but there’s nothing really delicious here.
