The ice cream flavors ate pretty good. The only not good thing about this place is a lot of the workers. I've gone there several times to order food and it looks like they get mad because you decide to order there. When you're ordering, they have this sour attitude that makes you think that they would prefer to not work or work elsewhere. Also, they need to work on putting gloves everytime they deal with ice-cream. And the manager??? Where is the manager to supervise the work of the workers??? If the manager was there, I'm pretty sure that they wouldn't have the sour attitude 24/7.

Please, if you're going to be working, then do it good. Before I would pay for the ice creams, I was given the look the whole time and this isn't the first time this has happened to people. When it was time to pay, I was paid $4 more than what I was actually supposed to be paid and when I pointed that out and the worker confirmed that themselves, they glared at me and slightly rolled their eyes at me. I'm never coming here again especially since the worker looked like they didn't wanted to work there in the first place.

Idk who put her there to work but if you're going to be putting a poker face and glaring at others just because, then you might as well not work there. Also, the professionalism there sucks and if you're going to get mad over someone telling you to put more ingredients in what they pay for, then you might as well call it a day and not work there.

So we went there today to get some ice cream and tostilocos. The lady there seems serious at first and we shrug it off. So we pay for tostilocos + 2 scoops of ice cream + popsicle. She pays us more than the actual price and when we corrected her, she didn't say anything but gave a side glare to us while she was correcting the amount that had to be payed. She was rude and unfriendly tbh, looked like she didn't wanted to be there at all.They should also take care of the quality of the items there bc the cueritos were pretty rancid for example.

Terrible customer service! One of the lady gives you dirty looks and attitude while you are ordering. This is the 3rd time that they have given me the wrong flavor. I asked for strawberry and they gave me watermelon. I asked for 2 strawberry sherbert and she game me bubble gum. They only wear gloves when they feel like it not all of the time and if you mention it they get mad! Not sanitary at all! I'd give 0 starts if I could
