My cake was not what I wanted at all. Poorly decorated and tasted dry and nasty. The fondant was extra thick and the trim was ugly. Pictures printed out green.Horrible cake. Looked like a 5 year old decorated it. I cant believe they were ok giving it to me!

I recently ordered a Tres Leche cake from this bakery for a high school function, but unfortunately, I received the wrong cake. I had also paid extra for a picture to be placed on the cake, but the image came out blurry and with a strange blue tint. When I brought these issues to the owner’s attention, he was rude and condescending. He even told me that he didn’t need our business and that his bakery was doing just fine without us. To make matters worse, he only refunded $50, which doesn’t come close to covering the disappointment and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this bakery.

I ordered a birthday cake for my son, providing a clear, high-quality photo for the design. However, what I received was a cake with a smudged, blurry image that looked nothing like the original photo sent in. The issue was clearly due to a problem with their printing or image transfer process, not the photo I provided.
When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with complete denial. Rather than acknowledging the poor quality of their work, they shifted the blame onto me as the customer — claiming the photo I submitted was the problem. This was absolutely not true.
What made this experience even worse was their lack of accountability, integrity, and professionalism. Instead of admitting fault and offering a partial refund or discount as good customer service would dictate, they dismissed my concerns entirely.
For a business that claims to have been operating for over 50 years, this level of service and disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Noyes’ Bakery. Poor product quality, no accountability, and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their special occasion needs.

I have been blessed to taste the deliciousness love hard work and dedication thru cake ,cup cakes ,cookies and more for many years . Best so far has been mine and my husband's wedding cake . June 9th, 2024. Solid cake beautiful easy to cut because by the time it sat in the sun for 2 plus hours we just ate by hand .(We did have in deep freezer after picking up at 7 am. 5 pm ceremony. )(Oops)on me .no complaints.The kids thought I was crazy but also loved it . Have fun in the moment. tasted yummy and I had already gotten my special time with admiring our wedding cake. Coming back for our special one year anniversary cake. Like a slice of heaven in every bite. Don't be afraid to ask questions and modify .HE IS A MAN THATS TRUST WORTHY 🙂

Noyes used to have the most delicious brownies! We went there recently just to bring back the memories. They were horrible. Tiny dried up brownies. $2.00 a piece! Can't belive we bought one. The shelves were almost empty. This place was not clean. Looked like they were going out of business but they're still there. So disappointed.
