I recently ordered a Tres Leche cake from this bakery for a high school function, but unfortunately, I received the wrong cake. I had also paid extra for a picture to be placed on the cake, but the image came out blurry and with a strange blue tint. When I brought these issues to the owner’s attention, he was rude and condescending. He even told me that he didn’t need our business and that his bakery was doing just fine without us. To make matters worse, he only refunded $50, which doesn’t come close to covering the disappointment and inconvenience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this bakery.

I ordered a birthday cake for my son, providing a clear, high-quality photo for the design. However, what I received was a cake with a smudged, blurry image that looked nothing like the original photo sent in. The issue was clearly due to a problem with their printing or image transfer process, not the photo I provided.
When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was met with complete denial. Rather than acknowledging the poor quality of their work, they shifted the blame onto me as the customer — claiming the photo I submitted was the problem. This was absolutely not true.
What made this experience even worse was their lack of accountability, integrity, and professionalism. Instead of admitting fault and offering a partial refund or discount as good customer service would dictate, they dismissed my concerns entirely.
For a business that claims to have been operating for over 50 years, this level of service and disregard for customer satisfaction is shocking. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Noyes’ Bakery. Poor product quality, no accountability, and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere for their special occasion needs.

I have been blessed to taste the deliciousness love hard work and dedication thru cake ,cup cakes ,cookies and more for many years . Best so far has been mine and my husband's wedding cake . June 9th, 2024. Solid cake beautiful easy to cut because by the time it sat in the sun for 2 plus hours we just ate by hand .(We did have in deep freezer after picking up at 7 am. 5 pm ceremony. )(Oops)on me .no complaints.The kids thought I was crazy but also loved it . Have fun in the moment. tasted yummy and I had already gotten my special time with admiring our wedding cake. Coming back for our special one year anniversary cake. Like a slice of heaven in every bite. Don't be afraid to ask questions and modify .HE IS A MAN THATS TRUST WORTHY 🙂

Noyes used to have the most delicious brownies! We went there recently just to bring back the memories. They were horrible. Tiny dried up brownies. $2.00 a piece! Can't belive we bought one. The shelves were almost empty. This place was not clean. Looked like they were going out of business but they're still there. So disappointed.

Not the bakery I used to go to. Cupcakes were terrible. Maybe their cakes are better. They didn't look good, but I bought a half dozen, hoping they tasted better than they looked, but even my kids didn't finish them.

No STARS - THEY PUT ALCOHOL IN CAKES!!DO YOU HAVE ALCOHOL LISCENSE IN THIS BAKERY!I went ordered a cake for my sister's birthday to take to Bloomington since they have good reviews.Cake wasn't cut till after 5:30ishh pm I paid almost $90 for cake... KIDS WERE GOING TO EAT THIS CAKEIt HAD ALCOHOL... I'VE BEEN A RECOVERING ALCOHOLIC FOR 3YRS AND THIS CAKE Had BRANDY OR SOMETHING ALCOHOLICI placed all the pieces back in box and brought it the following day told the man this cake has liquor he laughed and said that's impossible... my husband told him TASTE IT he took the whole box to the back and he came back with many apologies said PLEASE PICK ANY CAKE YOU WANT, I'M SO, SO, SO SORRY THAT WAS A SPECIAL CAKE ORDER FOR A RETIREMENT PARTY! ???I'M STILL DEBATING IF I SHOULD SUE THIS PLACE, I HAVE PICTURES OF CAKE, ORDER FORM, AND VIDEO OF MY SISTER SPITTING OUT THE CAKE.

I got a super Mario Bros. Cake , it was a Two layers Cake and I got to say !!!.... Even though I'm a grown man I did cry inside myself I just didn't do it in front of everyone but it has been the best cake of my life , it's one of those cakes you wish you would of gotten when u were a kid and show it off to all your friends from school lol ... Well that how I felt !!! So hands down I recommend Noyes Bakery!!!! I can't wait to get my cake this year with him, but I'm not going to lie , I will put him up to a challenge this year I hope he can come through ..... Thank you staff you guys Rock !!!! !!!!

Disrespect and trash attitude, bad cakeFirst he didn’t do the cake how I ordered and when i come to pay he charged me more then what he told me and when i told him like it’s not what i ordered he started bargaining me that if you don’t want no problem and he knows I can’t do this because it is birthday cake after me and my wife and her mom eat from the cake all of us get stomachacheI really don’t advise anyone and i will never order again
