Best place in town
UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP UNRELATED TO THE PREVIOUS OWNERS.
Sergio and Lester sold the business recently. Although the recipes are supposedly the same, and I've only had it twice under the new ownership, it didn't taste like Paco's.
I've always enjoyed their tamales. They always came wrapped in their husks still, and the foil wrapped. I ordered tamales a few weeks ago and they were removed from foil and husk, and placed into cardboard boxes. They were dry and though I was able to salvage them somewhat by wetting the exterior of the tamales and microwaving for about 30 seconds, I have no intention of ordering tamales from the new ownership again.
The pollo asado burrito was okay, but it just wasn't as flavorful.
Unfortunately, this historic San Bernardino staple of quality Mexican food is gone... RIP Paco's Tacos.
Great food I drive-through from Arizona. Always stop eat here and take some home.
New owners food not so good
The original owners have sold. In my opinion there are too many changes happening for a place that was a staple for the area. So far enchiladas and taquitos are completely different. Luckily the shredded beef tacos seem to be the same. The price did go up as well.
I don't usually consume head tacos in any establishment, since I know that not everyone knows how to prepare them properly, they told me that Paco's has incorporated new dishes to their menu and the head tacos were included, so without previous expectations I ordered two tacos and the only thing I can say is that they are the best head tacos I have ever tasted in my life. 🍋🌮🤤😋
I'm gonna miss you guys.
I got a pork burrito and found a big ass bone in it but I still ate it.

The guy at counter is always very friendly and efficient , the food is great, it's more of a takeout place because of the area that's in but it's worth stopping for and the service is great.

Pacos tacos used to not cheap you out on the meat for their tacos. Today I went in and ordered tacos. Worst tacos. Minimal meat. Cold. Just not good. What happened???
Inside Ayres. Always a tasty taco and a delicious quesadilla. A lot of meat and a lot of cheese. Really nice people and great service.
