Panda Express

I had a delivery order from this panda express. The doordash driver Vanessa never came. I called her and she stated that she wasnt picking up the order. The food came 2 hours late and cold. Horrible service, don't recommend!

Food quality is good, but don’t expect to get a decent portion. They are definitely conservative. Specially the manager.

Terrible customer service. Rude. Don’t listen to simple instructions. Forget to put items in bag. Make sure you check to see if all your items are in the bag before you leave or else you’ll have to come back like I did

The food was hard as rock, ill drive an extra 5 miles for the panda on riverside Ave.

Everytime I've come here they are not open. You've got 900am as when you open. Its about 10 am now and doors are still locked. Get it together. When I have come in after 10am (which seems to be your actual opening time) 3/4 the menu wasnt available yet. For a big chain Im surprised its allowed to operate this way. Panda is no longer on my menu. This location is why I will no longer be a customer of Panda express.

Purchased a bigger plate and this is absolutely not a bigger plate. Even paid extra for the walnut shrimp… stay supporting the mom and pop spots everyone cause this is sad and absolutely pathetic receiving this as a “ bigger plate”

I don’t do reviews but the workers here were so friendly and made me feel welcomed and not like a burden for ordering and asking questions. As I was reading a review I noticed a person “nCclay” . The menu is SUPER simple. The size and price are there and anything more expensive is actually LABELED. Some people can’t take the time to read these days and it’s sad that they are too broke to eat that they have to put workers down for a few cents off. If I were there I would have paid the extra .10 cents, especially to make it easier for workers who have to deal with people like that. The workers here are actually friendly and patient. Don’t listen to the people here trying to get a free meal, check out their own reviews they make, all they do is complain. I bet he still tore up that food he complained so much about. Suck it up buddy boy, there’s real life issues to feel so sad and sorry for than something too expensive that you chose to eat. If it’s too expensive, change your order buddy boy. Grown adult crying over food that YOU chose. Proof read the menu atp. Great job to the workers and DELICIOUS and fresh food, unlike the one in downtown San Bernardino.
