Panda Express

I don’t do reviews but the workers here were so friendly and made me feel welcomed and not like a burden for ordering and asking questions. As I was reading a review I noticed a person “nCclay” . The menu is SUPER simple. The size and price are there and anything more expensive is actually LABELED. Some people can’t take the time to read these days and it’s sad that they are too broke to eat that they have to put workers down for a few cents off. If I were there I would have paid the extra .10 cents, especially to make it easier for workers who have to deal with people like that. The workers here are actually friendly and patient. Don’t listen to the people here trying to get a free meal, check out their own reviews they make, all they do is complain. I bet he still tore up that food he complained so much about. Suck it up buddy boy, there’s real life issues to feel so sad and sorry for than something too expensive that you chose to eat. If it’s too expensive, change your order buddy boy. Grown adult crying over food that YOU chose. Proof read the menu atp. Great job to the workers and DELICIOUS and fresh food, unlike the one in downtown San Bernardino.

I am absolutely appalled by the treatment we received during our visit on July 28, 2025, at 8 PM. We ordered a Bigger Plate and a Regular Plate, expecting the prices listed on the menu. Instead, we were shocked when the total came to nearly $30, which was much higher than expected. When we asked for clarification, the cashier, Julie, responded with rudeness and made us feel like we were at fault for not knowing about the extra charge for honey walnut shrimp. Instead of explaining kindly, she said they'd have to throw out our food if we chose something else, which was both wasteful and unnecessarily harsh. This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable, and I left feeling extremely frustrated and upset. I sincerely hope management takes steps to address this kind of behavior.

We went in at 11:30 a.m. there was hardly any choices of food out. The service was terrible the food was terrible. Very disappointing I really enjoy Panda Express but not that location

Happy with this location and the manager on hand (Tatiana) was super helpful in getting me a new fresh bowl after the first one I had didn't taste good. Would def come back again

the girls working at the counter are always kind and pleasure to speak to. The store is clean and welcoming, the food is always fresh, i go out of my way to go to this location for the excellent customer service experience.

This asian lady Julie was extremely rude to me from the jump. Im not sure if she was racist or not but she had a very interesting attitude during my reaction with her. She also purposefully skimped on my meat after I literally waited for them to cook more because I wanted that specific meat. She only greeted the white people who came in and ignored me and made me wait when I was ready to order. On the other hand Adrian was super sweet! Thats the only reason Im giving 2 stars instead of 1.

I stopped by for lunch a few days ago. I ordered a bowl with kung pao chicken and steamed rice. I also ordered a couple of vegetable spring rolls.

The food was good and the service was fine... pretty much what you would expect from Panda Express.

Incidentally, this is the first Panda Express that I discovered way back in 2003 or 2004. I ate here almost every Tuesday for 16-17 years so they must be doing something right. Then the pandemic shut everything down in 2020. When things started returning to normal a couple of years later, there was another Panda Express closer to the office, so I went there instead. Well... the office moved a few months ago, and now this is the closest Panda again.

If anyone from Panda Express corporate is reading this, please bring back the original Firecracker Chicken!
