Though I explaine a semi difficult order 2x, they still did not quite get it right. They insisted I tell them everything in one, had to repeat it. They omitted one item extra.
I recently visited the drive-thru at this Panda Express, and the experience was deeply disappointing. Upon returning home, I discovered that my order was completely incorrect. I immediately called the store, and the employee who answered acknowledged the mistake and asked me to return to have my order remade. When I inquired about what to do with the incorrect food, I was told to throw it away and that new plates would be prepared.
When I arrived at the store and showed my receipt, the process seemed to go smoothly at first. However, a Hispanic male employee wearing a black shirt approached me with an unprofessional and accusatory tone. He questioned why I hadn’t brought back the incorrect food, implying that I needed to “prove” the error. Despite showing my receipt and explaining the situation, his tone and attitude made me feel as though I was being treated with suspicion, as if I had done something wrong.
Eventually, he apologized and asked to keep my receipt, but the damage was already done. The way I was spoken to and treated felt demeaning and disrespectful. It seemed as though my appearance—a white T-shirt, sweats, and sandals—was being judged unfairly, and I was made to feel like I was being profiled.
This experience was not only frustrating but also humiliating. Mistakes happen, and I was understanding about the incorrect order. What I cannot tolerate, however, is being treated with suspicion and disrespect when attempting to resolve an issue caused by the store. Because of this incident, I will not be returning to this location. I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure no other customer has to endure such treatment.

The food was tasty and I only eat halal so this place when I saw how they cook they clean the pan very well before cooking shrimps so I tried that and it's very tasty If you are unable to find anything halal do try the honey shrimp here very tasty
I ordered a bowl of steamed rice & brócoli beef and the girl serving was literally counting the beef she gave me in front of me. Will never be coming back. I wish I could give zero stars.

Panda can be hit or miss, and often times I feel like I'm not getting my money's worth. So needless to say it's been a while. Today I got my money's worth portion wise and the Beijing Beef was fresh and delicious. Also the drive thru lady was cheerful. Next time I have a craving I hope my experience will be the same. Thank you!
