First the manager and staff are nice. But is it me or are the portions getting super small.
I got the half portion of the green goddess and it is literally half of what it used to be and the price is over $10. This is the size of a side salad. The picture shows it's filled up to the halfway point of a half salf.
Not sure if this is a corporate thing. I started noticing it in other restaurants as well. But this isn't right. I understand prices are going up, but don't deceive people with giving them less and saying it's been that way for years, when I know it's not.

The portions were appropriate, lacked the taste desired due to running out of regular salad dressing but ok on this trip. Most times spot on! I would return because I really like their service. They have great customer service and made me aware of the missing dressing but I chose to give the vinegerette a try anyway. I always appreciate a heads up when placing my order. My previous visit was excellent. The café is warm and I enjoy getting work done there. It's always lean and calm.

This Panera was definitely one of the best stores I have visited. The attendant at the cou terminal was very attentive and perfectly placed the options for my order. When my food came out, I actually had the amount of food I ordered. Am I saying I've been shorted before? Yes, very often at other locations. Here my bowl of soup was actually a bowl. My sandwich *actually* looked like the menu photo. I was genuinely impressed and the server even helped me carry my items to my seat. Stellar performance all around.
