So she choose to not give me credit for my visit (checked in app)For a loaf that serves 7 people they tried to give me 4 butters. I go back and ask for more hand a other 4. Are you kidding me. Worse location the girls have horrible attitudes. I came Saturday Nov 22. Skip this location they csnt value there paying guest. Just go to any other location.

This is my nearest Panera to home and work. Although, my past 3 visits have been horrible. I always place my order for rapid pick up drive thru. The last 3 times I've waited around 30 minutes in the drive thru lane. Keep in mind I don't get in line until I get notify that my order is ready for pick up. When I finally make it to the window the ladies there are rude and don't even apologize for the wait time. By the time I start eating my soup was cold, sandwich was soggy and drink was watered down. This last time I waited 45 minutes to pick up a order of 6 assorted pastries. I waited 45 minutes so they hand me items that should already be ready just needed to be boxed up. I did send in a complain on the app but I really hope the manage or owner to this location sees this because its absolutely ridiculous the amount of time they take to give you a order that was placed ahead of time.

The worst food how do you ruin a grilled cheese well you put a whole bunch of cheese on two stale dry pieces of toast awful banana the soup is tasteless baby got it out of a can the worst food I won't be back no wonder I haven't been to a Panera in years

Visited here a few times. They are consistent.... in messing up your order. Once I ordered broccoli and cheddar soup...there was no broccoli. Mgr said was the soup vendors fault. They don't control that. Tonight missing items in order. Spent 35.00 ridiculous!!!!

Absolutely outstanding service! Jenny—yes, Jenny from the block, was such an awesome young lady. Patient, versatile, and so friendly! She helped me with my order during my very first visit to a Panera Café, and I absolutely loved the experience ❣️❣️ She even had the cooks prepare me a super fresh and extra special Strawberry Caprese Salad with chicken perfection! And the soups… oh man, they were delicious 🤤 The roast beef sandwich was also amazing. Panera, you’ve got a gem in Jenny! My husband was craving the fresh coffee and she made sure the coffee was there fresh fresh yes 🙌 I recommend the corn chowder soup. So flavorful and their Mac & Cheese was also delicious 😋 We needed something wholesome as we were traveling for 10 hours and needed these tasty meals.
