Visited here a few times. They are consistent.... in messing up your order. Once I ordered broccoli and cheddar soup...there was no broccoli. Mgr said was the soup vendors fault. They don't control that. Tonight missing items in order. Spent 35.00 ridiculous!!!!

Absolutely outstanding service! Jenny—yes, Jenny from the block, was such an awesome young lady. Patient, versatile, and so friendly! She helped me with my order during my very first visit to a Panera Café, and I absolutely loved the experience ❣️❣️

I love Panera. And I get overhead cost has gone up. But now spending $10 on a bowl of chicken and wild rice soup, and there is practically no chicken, is a joke. It’s all filler. You’re better off making your own.
