If i could give it less i would.. ordered a whole chicken with 3 sides, only received 2.. didn't have an option to choose sides so left it in the notes, didn't get what i wanted. . chicken pozole was so spicy couldn't even enjoy it.. rice tasted oily.. beans tasted like cinnamon... chicken was dry.. only good thing was food was delivered fast.. tried calling several times over the course of 20 mins, no one answered.. made our stomach hurt and gave us the runs.. never ordering from here again.. EVER!!! would rather eat taco bell...

Pollo meals very mid, in fact the chicken seems to be lacking in just about every flavoring department. Fries are raw hard as rocks to get your teeth through also a bit greasy. Good workers though….

The chicken was good and not dry. I was scared after reading the reviews but glad I went anyways. The prices are also really good. We didn't care for the potato salad, it had no flavor, it just tasted like mayo. Will definitely be back for the chicken & potatoes. My only complaint is they only gave me 1 small salsa, when I ordered the family pack that comes with 3 whole chickens. Also they only gave me a little bit of tortillas. Other than that, everything was good.

This has been the worst chicken I have ever had it's extremely dry & flavorless sides are also small but what really threw me off was that they give you only one tiny salsa container for every whole chicken the salsa is literally one tablespoon size serving enough for one person and will charge you for any extras. Never again will I come here

I really like how they add the potatoes and onions (which were seasoned so well), however, my chicken was very dry and had a lot of burnt skin. My rice also had hard pieces of rice throughout it. My advice to the owners is to please make sure your chicken isn’t so dry or overcooked….same with the rice. Make the food fresh, the other sides looked like they sat out for a while. The potatoes were amazing though.
The food was so delicious plus the service was awesome. The workers are really friendly.I highly recommend it.Aguas frescas are the best .

I am never ever coming back here again. The guy upfront does not pay attention when you place your order. I told him twice I wanted flautas de papa WITH POLLO. I got just papa. Then I asked for one of my burritos to come with cheese and sour cream no pico de gallo. It was the complete opposite. It came with no cheese and no sour cream. This is the third time I've come and my order is not what I wanted. The owner helped out the second time this s*** happened. I understand that in the food industry there will be mistakes. But every single time I go? I look at the cook dead in the eye and tell him what I want and he still can't get it. That is an attention problem that need to be handled. I got my refund back. The last time I came the spicy potatoes were bad too and have dropped in quality.

Papapollo is right next door to the carnitas place and they are both ran by the same people. We love the carnitas place so we wanted to try their chicken too. We decided to get some chicken and papas. The chicken is really good. It's fresh juicy and flavorful at a great price. Employees are super friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be back again in the near future.
