One Star Review: Unpleasant Experience & Inflexible Staff Pho Ngon - Lost a Sale Due to Complete Lack of Accommodation My wife and I came to Pho Ngon specifically craving a warm, comforting bowl of pho on a cool day. Unfortunately, the experience was ruined before we even sat down, purely due to the staff's refusal to be accommodating. When we arrived, we politely requested to be seated away from the front door because of the draft. We spotted an open, empty table in the back area that was clearly out of the direct line of the cold air. The only thing occupying it was one small, unused box of napkins. I asked the cashier if we could move the napkin box and sit at that back table, and she flat-out refused. She then instructed us to sit right next to the front door, even after we explained again that we were cold and that's exactly where we didn't want to be. The cashier was not only unaccommodating but also quite rude and inflexible. After trying to reason with her and being met with such a dismissive attitude, we decided to take our business elsewhere. We walked out and they lost the sale. It is truly baffling that a restaurant would rather lose two paying customers than allow them to move a single box of napkins to sit comfortably. We will not be returning, and I would advise others to look for a pho place with better customer service.

So delicious!!! My favorite spot in the entire I.E. the egg rolls are made to order and the pho omg!!! It makes my soul happy!!!

We were hungry and it was the first day to cool off after a hot summer aka the perfect day for Pho! We tried this place and we were not disappointed. Friend and fast service. Food is done when you order it and it tastes fresh. Most of all it’s DELICIOUS!!! Order the sample platter of appetizer. The spicy beef and the veggie pho. My husband was pleased it was the right kind of spicy. The place is clean and atmosphere to dine in is peaceful. We highly recommend it!

Came in and ordered the combination fried rice and a pineapple smoothie with boba and they were both good! The portion was a fair amount and it was tasty. Some of the best fried rice I have had out here in the IE! Considering I am asian and always opt for asian restaurants is impressive. The smoothie was good too! really good consistency and the boba was cooked well. I'd come here again and try something else!

The food is delicious and tasted really fresh! The Thai Tea was sweet, and refreshing! The customer service was excellent and they greeted us with a smile! The pork Sandwich is also highly recommended. The pork sandwich is simple yet each bite is scrumptious.

This restaurant is Dirty ! The food tasted like a dirty leather purse. Not to mention while my family and I were sitting here a Rat ran through underneath the tables and into the kitchen area. I would not eat here stay away you will get sick. !! My son also noticed cockroaches moving around on the walls.

A little on the pricy side and they don’t even give you free water. I usually go to Pho Mai on waterman but decided to try this place out…. I ordered to go and the bowl for the Pho are SUPER SMALL, like come on now! I would pass and try a different spot 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
