Really good service you can call them to do your order over the phone and pick it up at any time or have them deliver it to you which is even easier then doing doordash I would say 10 out of 10, :)
Kid-friendliness: very respectful and understanding to listen to them and not to ignore their needs especially when ordering extra items, :)

Foods good the prices are high atmosphere small with little to no small talk while getting your food out of a heater makes you second guess if your food is fresh or reheated.

Worst experience ever I ordered the pizza, a certain way with the original pan pizza, and they still made it and hand tossed…!!!!!
The pizza were still doughy. Even the mushrooms weren't cooked thru. Why I switched to another pizza place 2 years ago. They can't seem to get it together

I would like to leave a special review for Alex. My order got glitched out of the system so he called me to resolve the issue and even gave me a discount for my troubles. Thank you so much for showing great customer service and great resolutions. Pizza was amazing too.

The whole point of calling in an order is to get ur order done the way u want it and be satisfied. I called my order in for a pepperoni and half ham with EASY sauce KEY word "EASY" I go to pick my pizza up and usually my orders rite and usually the employee shows me my order wen I order but this time she didn't show me my order and for some reason I forgot to check .I get home ready to eat open the pizza and it looked like if I had asked for extra sauce I call back and was put on hold for more the 30 min I waited and soon enough I got tired of waiting i over heard the worker tell her coworker the didn't have orders so i don't understand wat took so long to answer.....hopefully this is not the way this place runs there business my family are while I went to go get something different

I had to cancel my online order because they don’t have drivers who carry change told me to pick up and made me waste gas and money for them to tell me they didn’t have change

By looking at this Hawaiian you would think I paid at least $15 bucks at little ceasers or Prontos, but no this is from Pizza Hut. I paid $30 bucks for this. Which if it was better quality than what you get at the other places would be totally worth it and I would have no problem paying for it, but is not. I could have walked down to pronto a block away and paid the $30 for both the pepperoni and the Hawaiian. And the quality would had been maybe better. First the $30 Hawaiian pizza doesn't have enough cheese, the ham is lousy and the jalapeños which were charged extra are as rare as a steak. The $20 pepperoni pizza is the same, lacks cheese and in parts is missing pepperoni. Why do I insist in buying over priced pizza when I could pay half at the other prices????? Because I remember when the Hut was actually good and worth every penny. Pizza Hut the era of expensive pizza is over you gotta up your quality or else will definitely go out of business. The $13 wings were decent and I don't mind paying for those they were worth it. But when I can pay half for a pizza as good as yours elsewhere...why would I come back here???? Am sorry but my $90 total was outrageous and just plain sad because the pizzas were lacking. Please deliver on your prices or close your business. You come from a time when you were one of a few options but now, we can find better pizza without the high prices.

Order pizza they neglected to put on more than 3 of the 5 toppings and pizza wasn't all the way cooked. Bombs sleeping outside busted glass and it smells like pee
