Horrible management and staffing its a friday and they dont have anyone but 2 people working here i placed my order almost an hour in advance which was just a small $5 craftz pizza I show up and they say itll be another 20 minutes, like are u serious maybe dont accept order until you've caught up if your that far back ??? If you order the personal pizza for the Tuesday deal, they won't slice the pizza for you. Even though the app says 4 slices. So I have to go home and slice the pizza myself 😐

Really good service you can call them to do your order over the phone and pick it up at any time or have them deliver it to you which is even easier then doing doordash I would say 10 out of 10, :)
Kid-friendliness: very respectful and understanding to listen to them and not to ignore their needs especially when ordering extra items, :)

Foods good the prices are high atmosphere small with little to no small talk while getting your food out of a heater makes you second guess if your food is fresh or reheated.

The pizza were still doughy. Even the mushrooms weren't cooked thru. Why I switched to another pizza place 2 years ago. They can't seem to get it together

The whole point of calling in an order is to get ur order done the way u want it and be satisfied. I called my order in for a pepperoni and half ham with EASY sauce KEY word "EASY" I go to pick my pizza up and usually my orders rite and usually the employee shows me my order wen I order but this time she didn't show me my order and for some reason I forgot to check .I get home ready to eat open the pizza and it looked like if I had asked for extra sauce I call back and was put on hold for more the 30 min I waited and soon enough I got tired of waiting i over heard the worker tell her coworker the didn't have orders so i don't understand wat took so long to answer.....hopefully this is not the way this place runs there business my family are while I went to go get something different
