Just got our order 20 minutes late they forgot the drink and the pizza is not even hot. What the hell Pizza Hut!!!
Most careless ghetto customer service. Dont expect to order online providing a valid adress as you have done for years and years, without them calling you making sure you are real interrogating you. Asking for directions, lol. No google maps there I guess. Ruined it for life for me and my family. Used to be our favorite, now afraid to call. Ran by gang members.

Placed an order 7:35 pm today. Called to request my wings and pizza be well-done. Called and spoke to a young man at 7:36 pm whom took my request and stated ok.
Pizza arrives around 8:07 pm and was undercooked and doughy.
Called Pizza Hut back at 8:09 pm and told the gentleman that answered the phone that the pizza was not well-done. This individual put the manager on the phone without explaining to the manager why I called.
