Very rude customer service from Anthony & the other employee that i was not able to get his name had put me on mute without notifying me while i was talking smh . Loved coming here but i will be going somewhere else after this experience. Pizza was cold & wings burnt last order of the night or not it should be hot & ready . Was lied to about getting our credit for 49.52 & when confronted said they dont do credits for that amount. Very horrible experience pizza in the trash get another job if u dont have customer service skills

The manager at the 595 S. Mount Vernon Ave in San Bernardino, ca location around 4:00pm is RUDE! I placed an order on the app, went to pick it up and my order wasn't shown to me before I left, so I didn't realize until I got home that 2 of 4 of my pizzas that I ordered were missing items. One of my large 3 toppings were supposed to be double pepperoni, and sausage but it barely had pepperoni. Then my other 3 toppings large pizza that was supposed to have pepperoni, sausage and jalapeños, had no jalapeños. So I called the location to let them know, not to receive any freebies or anything but just for acknowledgement, the person that answered the phone was nice, but the manager wasn't, he said that he made the pizzas correct, I was wrong and that if I wanted any compensation I would have to bring the incorrect pizzas or take pictures of the pizzas to prove that they were wrong, because he knows he made them right. I've been a loyal customer for 15+ years and don't deserve the disrespect! I didn't make the call to be basically called a liar!
