I've been coming to this Pizza Hut since 2006.Always nice Employees and Good hot Pizza.
Rude emloyess and horrible service. Nelly was very rude and unwilling to help in any way. I will not be going back here. And when I asked for manager, I was told he just left. I asked for the number for their district manager, and she refused to give it to me. Every company will give out their DM's # but not this place. And at 6 pm, why is there not a manager available?

Worst customer service ever, I ordered online, paid with my card online, I seen it was deducted from my bank account. 1.5 hours later no pizza, called they never put in my order had to wait 3 hours after I paid and ordered for my order, then when I had to call to redo my order the GM Romero hung up on me when I asked for corporates number.
