Jorge is an outstanding manager at Pizza Hut! He ensures excellent service, fast and accurate orders, and a welcoming atmosphere. His leadership keeps everything running smoothly, making every visit a great experience. Highly recommend!
The place was not busy when we are there..workers were lazy,the place was dirty,tables hadn't been cleaned the whole 3 hours we were there,We never seen a worker come out to clean anything,guess they were in the back talking amount themselves..Our food came out to us cold..It took a long time just to order our food with the workers talking to each other..very bad customer service..Bathroom was clean though.

Over an hour for our full, correct order of a pizza and 2 melts. That's it. 3 things, and one was wrong. Had to go back and have them give us the correct pizza. I know it isn't a lack of staffing because people who've applied that I've talked to, and have had years of food experience, never got called back even. So it's just poor management.

Sold us fountain drinks for a non working fountain. Got syrup without soda, almost vomited. The guy said try again, give it time.
Totally unprofessional attitude, useless service. Got drinks from the bar, the lady served us right.
The food was ok though, but overall a place to avoid. Fix it.

Wow, a drink is over $3 and when I said no thanks I'll just have water they told me new manager does not give water cups anymore. They said if I wanted water I would have to purchase a kids cup...you believe that crap. They just lost a customer over water!
We had our company christmas party here.The food was outstanding, the staff were amazing.The bartender was out of this world.Yeah, I said bartender.They have a full sports bar great place

I ordered pizza from this location on 12/24 I asked for a pan and hand tossed pizza. I picked up my pizza brought them home and about 20 to 30 minutes later we were about to eat opened the box and it was the thinnest crust pizza I have ever seen, I called but they were closed. So I called back on 12/26 and spoke with BIANCA and she stated that they do not offer refunds however she will speak with her supervisor. They asked for pictures and I sent them. BIANCA called me back and advised that she can give a credit I advised that I do not eat pizza enough to want a credit that I would just like a refund since we didn't even eat the pizza, she advised that would not be possible and then stated that I got what I got because I called at 8:20 and that was all they had and they gave me what was left. This is completely unexcpetable, I should have been told they didn't have what i requested before they took my money. I have emailed the store and GEORGE advised that he would look into this and make his team aware. I want a refund seeing as I had to buy that pizza and still go pay for something else and throw 2 medium pizza in the trash with no refund. This location I would never recommend to go too, I haven't heard from GEORGE at all and I also atleast did not receive an apology basically I was just told I got what I got because that was all they had and I shouldn't have placed an order at 8:20 pm. Please do not support this pizza hut they lack I communication, customer service and just people skills in general. I hope the worst for this establishment

I use to love pizza hut, I know not the best choice. After coming here, never again. It also doesn't help that it's run by college students. Place is dirty, food is horrible, but aye they have beer lol.
