The owner is a smoker, it smelled like cigarettes in there. Have respect for your customers, there was a family with a child eating there.
Great poke!! Amazing customer service from the lady with glasses!!
I normally try not to be overly critical of places like this, but the customer service was sooooo bad that I had to write a warning. I have frequented this place quite a bit(@ 4-5 month; usually as a Saturday afternoon treat). There was a gentleman in the back that seemed to be the owner; he had just one individual working the line during a busy period, but made no move to come to his aid. I was cordial enough w/ the young man, but he seemed stressed/anxious. I could understand why - he had to mix 3 smoothies, attempt to get 2 other customers Poke bowls at the some time, plus have myself & 3 others waiting. I asked for my usual order(large Poke bowl - 4 meats + whatever topping I go for). The portion the young man gave me felt as if he were rationing food at wartime. Barely wanted to put more than a couple of pieces of tuna/shrimp/etc. & wanted to overload the bowl w/ rice. as I stated earlier I frequent the place enough to know that it was NEVER like this before. Found out that he was new; so it dawned on me that the guy I thought was the owner was the force behind skimping on the product. I understand controlling costs, but were talking mainly produce & sauces; the proteins are already marginalized enough. At @ $20 a pop you would think you would want a customer to feel a little value, & win return visits. Not this guy. You have your servers give out a half-filled bowl for that price?!?!
So after wrapping up my order I just felt bad to let the server have it, but made sure it was in ear shot of the owner that the lost a loyal customer...I'll pass on this place. So that's my recommendation for any who'd care to know before venturing over.
The food was meh. The service was rude. It's not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend this place. there's better options.
Went to Poketology for the first time. After reading the reviews I expected portion sizes to be small. Sure enough the lady gave small spoons of each item. I had to ask her for a lil bit more. Begrudgingly, she gave some more. I was about to tell her that most of the reviews state that she skimps out on the portion sizes. I restrained. Decent bowl. But overall very dry. Majority is rice.
Stopped in for a quick bite. Very bright and simple decor, poke bowls were great. Presented well, and the protein/fish was the star of the bowl. With some other poke places it seems they put so much other stuff on it that the fish/protein is lost in the bowl. Everything tasted fresh and was delicious. Definitely worth the stop!

They got my order wrong. They are not very generous with the fish portions and put mostly rice. I like rice but it is most of the bowl.

Been coming to place for a while since it’s close to work. Even with a B rating. Disappointed on my last visit. Portions have been cut drastically with everything even sauces, my bowl was so dry.

The food is always fresh, they have so many options for the bowls so you can really customize your bowl.

It was a quick stop and an unexpected surprise. I love Poke. I'm glad that I found this place close to home. I got the small with 2 scoops. Spicy tuna and salmon with spring mix base. Got the crab meat, edamame, cucumber, ponzu and house spicy sauce. Topped by furikake. Soooo good. Definitely will come back again.
