I went yesterday with my family and we got a 20 pc family meal. The chicken was really delicious and fresh. The manager greeted us with great customer service, this is my first time meeting a manager so respectful and friendly. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, I would really recommended! :)

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was far from smooth. I had ordered a 12-piece meal with half fried and half grilled chicken, but when I got home (a 30-minute drive), I discovered the order was incorrect and all the chicken was fried.
I sent my wife to get the order replaced, but instead of resolving the issue quickly, she was told to contact corporate....
