Been coming here for years. Honestly surprised I didn’t review it already. I would recommend to anyone in the area who loves to support local and appreciates Mexican food and homemade tortillas. My whole family comes together and separately. Love the birria, chilaquiles, tacos, and the service. They have great food and I love it here for breakfast lunch and a snack. A few tables and parking sports and always leave happy and satisfied. Thank you!

This place was pretty good I would recommend it. Everything was very tasty . To me I think the tripas Taco was the best. I would of given them a five star review but the only problems were it took them almost 45 mins to get our food out and we were the only customers there. Not only did it take them forever but the food was al cold except the fries and the tripas Taco..everything else was cold. But over all it was good.

Went today on a Sunday at 840am and was closed was definitely looking forward to trying it only to drive there and be disappointed 😞 it wasn't open .... they should at least update hours on Google ...

Ayo man this place used to be good but went down hill. Y’all’s burritos got waaayyyyy smaller and not to mention y’all gave me 2 birria burritos with like 95% beans man. WTH y’all skimping out seriously and still have the audacity to charge me a whole 30 bux for em. 30 bux for 2 burritos let that sink in. Mind you they’re birria but where’s the birria?

After enjoying the nostalgic memories of Happy Meal toys throughout the years in the McDonald’s Museum, we stopped by Chapala for lunch. Restaurant was no frills and clean. The cashier was very friendly and attentive. We ordered 2 of Pastor, Lengua and Cabeza tacos. They gave us 2 Tacos Perron on the house, instead of the 20% off since we completed paying already before we remembered to show the offer. That was super nice of them!
The corn tortillas were very fresh and flavorful. They are a bit thicker so are quite filling since each taco has two of them. The Pastor was well marinated and juicy. The Lengua and Cabeza were very tender and flavorful. The taco perron had carne asada, guacamole, beans and mozzarella cheese. The carne asada was perfectly grilled. Loved the addition of the guacamole and grilled mozzarella cheese but the beans were a bit too much and made the taco soggy. They also provided three different salsas. Our favorite was the spicy avocado based green salsa. It was super creamy and had a strong spicy kick.
Will definitely be back when we visit San Bernardino again!

What I wanted wasn't on the menu at all i asked for wings which said they had on the menu online in sanbernardino on baseline they didnt have it i asked for a fish taco didnt have it this place is a waist of time glad I didn't spend any money at this establishment ????

Wanted a carne asada burrito but after we paid he told us he didn't have shells so we got car e asada fries that was awful and I ordered a queso birria it was also disgusting they need a better cook and someone that can at least talk or translate for this person smh horrible
