I'm sorry to give such low stars but I had to wait SO LONG for my food. I was almost late to clock back in for work.

I went to drive thru and told the lady I had a mobile order and my name. When I pull up to the window she gives me attitude like I'm dumb because she was waiting for me to tell her my order. So I repeated that I had a mobile order and she told me it wasn't ready so to wait inside. She was a white lady very rude and annoyed to be working the drive thru. So I go inside and wait another 15 minutes and luckily the lady in the front counter was nice and apologized for making me wait. in the end I didn't really like the chicken wings.

The food here is always old. I asked for fresh chicken and fries they told me it would take 30minutes after i already pre ordered my family meal through the app. The employee then told me that “these tenders are actually fresh, they came out 5 mins ago”. i got my drinks there was no ice. I asked for ice and the rude girl with the glasses and missing teeth behind the counter said “IM WORKING DRIVE THRU DUDE!”. Got my ice from another employee, and the soda in the dining room was watery and very bad tasting with no carbonation. Had to have my drinks made behind the counter. I get home (5mins later) all of the food was completely cold and not fresh at all (probably over 2hours old and had to be heated up to be eaten).From the time i got the food until i got home was less than 10 minutes. The place never has fresh food and that bothers me because you’re paying the same amount for old food as you would for fresh food! This location is filled with homeless traffic and always dirty inside, the employees are very unprofessional and all have attitudes. For $50.00 you would expect your food to be edible!

First time coming to this location and I had the worst experience. I was in the drive thru for 35min!!!!!!! Sitting in the sun waiting. Then when I finally get to the window and asked why the long wait the lady gave me an attitude and said we are short staffed and closed the window. The correct response should have been I’m so sorry we are short staffed. I ordered ahead online so of course my food was cold. Worst experience ever! I knew there was a reason I hadn’t been to Popeyes In years!

The prices are a lil on the high . But I love Popeye's, delicious chicken & great sauces 😋. The service is professional and the atmosphere is positive, I didn't have any issues 🤗

This was my first and likely last visit to Popeyes. In comparison to KFC, I found the quality of food to be noticeably inferior. Additionally, the service left much to be desired—the server filled my drink cup entirely with ice, leaving me with just a few sips of soda before having to discard the rest. For $16, the experience did not meet expectations. I would not recommend it.”

Pretty good fried chicken fast food restaurant. Usually I will stop here once a while for either a chicken sandwich, fried chicken or chicken tenders. It's fast, it's affordable and convenient. But for service I'm going with 3 stars because yesterday I ordered two strawberry cream cheese pies and they gave me two apple pies instead.

Soooooooo damn slow, to much small talk between the front register person and the guests. Having pointless conversation while ppl are wanting to get there food and get out. If you’re in a hurry don’t come here.

I don't like to give poor reviews but here we are.
I ordered garlic parmesian boneless wings, and a small fry. My boneless wings were dry. There was maybe a drop, literally, or sauce. This was very upsetting since the only reason I went there was because they usually serve them dripping with sauce.
