Super super conveniently located right off two freeways. Service was fast and food was good. Was surprised to find that this San Bernardino location was SO much nicer than most of the Popeye's locations in LA proper. Would definitely come back.

Employees lack customer service skills. I paid for a meal and I only given the chicken, my side was missing. Tried contacting the store and no answer. Worst experience.

Waste of 40 bucks worker kept cussing and was very unprofessional food was nasty my sons Mac and cheese was just a spoon full and out of all that it was very disgusting and cold sitting area was dirty and seemed like they don’t clean

I hadn't been to Popeye's in awhile. I had a pretty good coupon so it was time to go back. The place was clean and the food was decent. My only complaint is that my chicken strips were only slightly warmer than room temperature.

They got our 2 orders completely wrong. First walked up for pick up and they didn’t remember the 2 drinks. Went home and had to drive back because they forgot the mash potatoes . We ordered boneless chicken tenders, with buffalo sauce, got wings (with bones) instead and no sauce. Ordered classic 12 piece 1/2 classic 1/2 garlic and got 1/2 garlic and 1/2 barbecue instead. The mash potatoes were very watery. They did not great me walking in or apologize for their errors. Looks like all the chicken is premade and large amounts sitting in huge open trays by front counter. Not very clean overall

The girl working 02/25/25 at 11:30am was rude while I was ordering through the drive thru, she needs some more training, if you don’t like your job QUIT or go home!
Don’t be making people uncomfortable because you’re unhappy.

All the food was on par, they told me I needed to wait an extra 10 minutes for an order I placed in advance. The store looks empty on the inside and gross on the outside, along with the fact they have a bucket of "sanitizer" sitting next to the fountain.
