I HOW SOMEONE FROM POPEYES TEACH OUT TO ME TO FIX THIS SITUATION. IT'S SHAMEFUL SERVICE OVERALL FOR S NEW FACILITY.

Most terrible experience ever. If I'm going to sit there for 20+ minutes that and watch other ppl get their food before me, at less get most out all of my order correct.
I ordered food online/app at 4:10pm. Selected time to pick at 4:30pm. Arrived and waited 20+ minutes. I sat and watched the employees making food who just arrived and drive thru.

I offer 50/50 Family Meal but received 100% regular chicken. Ordered 2-6 pieces of wings but received 12 pieces of the same flavor. Added some sauce but they got that wrong too.

This fast food franchises needs a decrease in their pay. Why up a pay for fat food but still get crappy service?

As a frequent Popeyes customer, I’ll admit the food is always better than the service. However, today (8/11) I visited this location for the first time and it blew my expectations. The facility was clean, food was great, and customer service was excellent! Shoutout to the staff, but especially Estella for making this location memorable. 5 stars!

The lady was rude at the window and they sold me a rubber textured chicken sandwich. The sandwich was not thoroughly cooked!!!

I order tenders and they were Raw and pink still! I tried to call the store, no one called me, and I tried to talk to customer service and they tried to offer me 7 dollars bucks for my 20 dollar order… never got an apology or anything from no one. Be careful and check your chicken..

The place was clean, the customer service was immaculate, and the workers were so nice. The Manager Ana was so kind and patient with taking the order of 6 people. I would love to get my order taken by Ana again!!!!!

I was traveling and Taylor welcomed me with a smile as soon as I open the door , she helped me with diet options, she gave me great recommendations, Great customer service and the place was clean

Waited in one intercom for 5 minutes, no one responded. Saw the other intercom being used so moved to that one. The girl acknowledges us at that intercom and tells us one moment. Someone goes to the first intercom we went and was immediately serviced. And was never acknowledged again so we left.

My flounder sandwich was good. My gf's blackened chicken sandwich was inedible. Dry stale overcooked and old. The girl at the drive-up window was clueless. Employee training?
