Ordered through mobile and picked it up came home and biscuit looks like it was dropped and rolled on a dirty surface and put back in my order. Black all around the sides of the biscuit or could be mold. Threw it out immediately

Did not recieveany of the biscuits. We did get plenty of honey and butter for the biscuits. But none of the 3 biscuits we ordered and paid for were in the bag. Why does this always happen at popeyes?

It was such a bad experience of fast food ordering in a rainy day. Since when it takes more than an hour to get just 3 pieces of tenders and 6 boneless wings while I had already pushed online order? The chicken was done for a long time and became cold when I got them. The drive-thru line was ridiculously long and I came to the pickup window begging to pick up my food while getting my Tesla charge. Guess what? The staff said NO, I wouldnt be able to get the food unless I drive my car to the window?!? There were 2 gentlemen in the line were also complaining about the waiting time and them not getting food.
If they cannot take too many orders due to understaff during holidays, please just limit the orders. If they are willing to open the store in these days, please treat customers right. And also, please be flexible and dont treat people without cars like criminals!!! I barely post negative reviews for fast food chains but this one is unbearable.
