Bought garlic parmesion fries disgusting they didn't change the oil it tasted awful because all you tasted was garlic and I mean it was like taking a bite of minced garlic and it made me sick

The girl working the drive thru was nice. Service was slow and we were the only car. Fries and Funnel Cake Fries were obviously cooked in the same oil and both tasted off. Burgers were just ok.

I thought they were closed waiting at the sign for somebody to answer there was no answer for a good two or three minutes side to try to back out decided to go forward they waved me at the window they said they couldn't put a sign saying the speaker didn't work to move up to the window they're not allowed to so I was waiting there frustrated being stupid cuz I didn't know the stupid sign didn't work not the employees fault employer can't put a sign up food overall great

We love Buford bites! They are our favorite! They aren't always shown on the menu, but are a must have! The Monsterella Stix are also a family favorite, try with ranch and marinara! Yum!

So disappointed, @ 8:30 I used the driveway to order 40 pieces wings and the employees said they were OUT of wings . I take my business to POPEYES! Not sure if employees were been lazy!

Service on drive thru is too slow. I couldn't wait for them to open. The food was OK, but the wait, for a car or two ahead of you, takes a long time. I haven't been back since.

The 3 times I went they said their system was down and only accepting cash. On one visit when I told them I didn't have cash they all of a sudden we're able to run my card. The fries are really that good but the portion is a joke for 4 dollars.

$20 for two orders and one of them was wrong. Luckily I kept my receipt and they replaced it but I think the person working made it taste horrible on purpose. First and last time coming here. Definitely don’t recommend it. I don’t even eat fast food and going here reminded me why.

I have been at this location three times and each time they have forgotten a burger for my order, which means one of my family of 4 is not gonna eat a burger.The first two times I went back but today I said forget it, as I drove 10mins to get there 10mins back home and then back to get missing burger not worth driving 40mins for on two separate occasions but today I guess the rest of my family will have a burger and not me because I’m not wasting my time and gas driving back. Advice always double check everything at this location.

HORRIBLE !!!!!!!! I went here on September 5th 2024 shortly after noon and they were absolutely no customer outside and only 1 customer in the drive thru ahead of me yet it took them almost 10 minutes to complete that persons single order (NOT MULTIPLE ORDERS) at an empty FAST FOOD restaurant. OUTRAGEOUSLY SLOW!!!!!! Never again! I wanted to give them another chance because the last burger I got from there was horrible, beef was dry and they used way too much ketchup and mayo, it was soggy and mushy not good at all.

Every member of the staff on Saturday night at a little before midnight (7-5-24) was absolutely HORRIBLE. I wanted to finally try this Rally's as I haven't had any since I moved away from the east coast 20 years ago, so needless to say I had high hopes. Boy was I let down. I wanted my two favorite things on the menu, fries and a milkshake. When I ordered, the kid taking my order rudely informed me the ice cream machine was being serviced. The man at the window snatched my money then turned away. A young lady then walked up to the window, and completely ignored me when I asked a question and walked away after making herself an ICE CREAM. The kid who took my order made himself an ice cream and walked away as I loudly asked about the ice cream. Then the man who was at the window when i pulled up made himself one as he shoved my order at me. I said 'I thought the ice cream machine was down?' as he finished making his ice cream. He then said "oh yeah, it's being serviced in the morning. Then as I asked for my receipt he shut the window on me without giving me my receipt.
So staff will make everyone on shift an ice cream, but not the paying customer?
I will never return to this or any Rally's ever again!

I'm sorry, no I'm not going to waste any further time. I've given you the date and time of my order. No one else was in line before nor after me. Go into your security tapes and look at that Saturday night's reciept records. I should be the last transaction, if not then one of the last. My husband ordered and the last name on the card used will be Wagner. We were told when ordering in the drive thru that my ice cream would not be made because the machine was being serviced. Then when we saw your employs making a soft serve cup for themselves, my husband and I asked if I could just get some soft serve. We had to ask each of the 3 employees at least 3 to 5 times as they were pretending not to hear us and trying to ignore our requests.
So you have the information... it is up to you if you put in a minimal effort and look into this. Myself, I do not fell motivated to provide further assistance
