I'm a huge ramen fan, not a local, and decided to give the (current) 5.0 rated spot a shot. I have to agree with everyone that the service and atmosphere is top notch, 5/5. Those cats and ramen pictures are ??. Lighting is good, and the music & noise isn't too loud yet loud enough to drown casual other conversations around you. The Shoyu ramen and garlic edamame are both pretty good. Would return if I'm ever in town.

Great place to go if you want ramen! Prices aren't bad, portions are good and so is the service. We were greeted immediately and sat down quickly even though it was lunch time. Decided to try out the Sautteog sautteog & wings, they were both delicious! My ramen was very rich in flavor and the bowl was full. They bring you a little toppings tray with pickled ginger, chili oil and 2 other options. Spacious, clean, delicious and definitely worth checking out, will be back!

This little hidden ramen shop has been my go-to for a few weeks after work now. The ramen is consistently delicious and the staff is extremely friendly. If you happen to visit i would suggest trying the Jo Style Chicken Wings they are as tasty as they are crispy 10/10

Honestly, I was shocked how the ramens we ordered are outstanding grade despite the location in Inland Empire area, beside environment, and the services are top notch. Really more than worth it to came here and try their ramen tonkatsu, miso ramen, soyu ramen, gyosa, and rice cakes. Thank you ramen Joe, definitely will be back soon!
Beyond what you could ask for in customer service. 15/10
Tonkotsu (Top) was given a 5/5 for how great the broth and chashu was. Cloudy, creamy broth that properly compliments the noodles.
The chashu for both orders seemed properly prepared and rich in flavor while remaining very tender.
Extra toppings were corn, egg, and we split an order of extra noodles as it is a large portion. Noodles are made and pressed in house.
Shoyu (Bottom) 5/5 was delicious with its traditional lightly sweet and salty taste. Extra toppings were also egg and bamboo shoots. Green onions are included. Definitely one of the better ramen bowls in the 909.
If you’re in the mood for an appetizer the Jo Style Chicken Wings are a great choice. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside covered in a sweet, tangy sauce.
Their beer is decently priced.
Overall a mind blowing first impression for a small quiet shop in San Bernardino.
Skip the overrated ramen places for once and give this one a try.
