Bought carne asada nachos and 2 cans of coke. There is barely any meat on these nachos. They're are small hints of meat crumbs and when I said something about it, this younger girl in there got snappy and said we use a premeasured scoop. You got one scoop and if you want more than it cost extra.

Smh rude and $20 with no meat. The pic even shows i tried to dig around and see if I could find some.

They were also talking about my boyfriend and I as we were walking up. Disrespectful.

First off I never complain because I know people are just people and mistakes can happen but I was extremely disappointed in this small establishment in the middle of the ghetto charging almost 20 bucks for a burrito. I gave it a chance because they did not post prices on the outside menu. What is up with small Mexican restaurants doing that. Especially when your restaurant is in a low income part of town. As a paying customer we asked if the chillie Verde burrito was real spicy since I have had an ulcer and didn't want to aggravate it. I asked for sour cream in the burrito to calm down the spicy. We ordered two chilli Verde burritos and two large drinks that were more like medium size. Total amount was 44.00 dollars because I asked for sour cream it was a 2 dollar charge. Man I could of bought a sour cream from the market for 2 dollars down the street. Still I took a bite. And it was too hot / spicy I looked inside the burrito and no visible signs of sour cream but maybe creama but not enough to even see they put 2 dollars worth we explained that I was not able to tolerate it if they could put sour cream or creama. I would have had to pay another 2 dollars to get it. They were not understanding they did not try to fix the situation or accommodate me whatsoever I just spent 20 dollars on a burrito I could not eat I tried to sk for a manager but they would not open the window. They ignored me. I was not argumentative or rude I never raised my voice they just didn't give a crap about a customer. This is a small hole in the wall establishment in the middle of the ghetto charging way too much to not care or even show effort to the consumer I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I will not be going back the food wasn't bad but it want 20 dollar burrito good. El taquito down the street is still the best.

Man, oh man!! Talk about Authentic Tacos, Zuadero tacos, tacos de Nopal, and Carnitas. You can definitely tell they put the effort into these tacos. Did I also mention they make their tortillas by hand ✋️. Amazing place, I'll definitely be back for more!

I went here today and for the first time I was disappointed idk why the lady felt the need to give me a bad onion with my food! I don’t know what I even did I go here periodically to give them business and one of the main dish I like are the grilled onions so tasty and delicious but today wasn’t so good 😔 I was going to upload a picture but there is not that option

The lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE AND PUSHY❗️❗️
we made a phone order and she had so much attitude from the start and never once told me the price of the food over the phone, long story short I ordered (6) Molletes and they were charging me $84+ dollars......

Like what the hell???
Dont buy from here , horrible service , horrible food & overpriced

I honestly didn't want to give a review, but this is the second time we've had food poisoning due to the tacos de corazón. We have been customers for years, we don't go often but it has been a bad experience to start the year.
Please pay more attention to the temperature of the food, I don't know what hygiene is like inside when cooking. But please, think about the health of your customers and not just about selling.
(I hope it happens soon because this feels horrible) 😭

Get there early if you want menudo on the weekend. Apparently they run out because of the rush. So why don't they just make more if they know they won't have enough, every time? There is no inside seating, just a little covered patio area outside, which is hot because of the adjacent asphalt parking lot. I ordered the nachos with everything, and it was good but had very little carne asada for the price. The nachos and one soda in the pic cost almost $18.00. I would place the food higher than a fast food equivalent like Taco Bell and the atmosphere a little lower because of the above.
