Starbucks (Drive thru and pick up ONLY)

The worst Starbucks it takes forever to order from the Drive Thru, last time I come to this location don’t recommend this place

There have been 3 times now that I have ordered my order through the app and the truth is that the service is terrible, but today was really the last straw. I am ordering my drink with extra caramel and it doesn't have any caramel at all, but I did have to pay for it, what a shame, the truth is, terrible service. of those who work at night today January 17, 2025 at 8:22 pm

Can’t sit inside anymore? So mobile order pickup is not from the outside window anymore gotta wait in drive thru for mobile orders…by the time I got to the window my hot coffee was extremely cold. Wish they turned off mobile ordering

Now this was just a strange experience. I remember being able to sit inside but you can no longer do that, I am guessing it is because of the growing population of transients in the area. Coming here now reminds me of this fast food place I used to go to as a teenager called Zipps (I think it is called Checkers or Ralleys out here in CA) where you could only walk up to the window and wait outside. If you just are driving thru on your way to work, this is the Starbucks for you. If you like to sip your coffee and eat a croissant while pecking away at your laptop, find another one.

My favorite place every morning, friendly attentive staff

They have really great staff members and I don’t know if it’s just me, but there is one staff member who is constantly rude to me. I tried to call and let them know in private but for some reason, their phone lines are just way too busy so I’m just gonna make it known every time I go up there I typically order ahead except for one time in the staff. Member had the worst attitude And I let it slide but today she was working the counter again this morning with a really nasty attitude and I’m not gonna let it slide. I’m sorry I really like going to the Starbucks cause they are the only ones who get my order right the staff is normally amazing But I’m tired of this one member being super rude to me

They treat u like a child here and refuse you service there is a manager a Latino woman who has horrible customer service here and if u want to complain they refuse to give anyone's if they had name tags u wouldn't need to ask for a name Jeremiah is another person with horrible customer service stay away .....

Those girls who are in the service should look for more qualified personnel
At night they do not provide good service, they serve reluctantly and are all arrogant, one goes to buy not to order

My coffee was very bitter this morning. It's been a bit since I've gotten coffee from this location. They need to clean their machines more consistently.
