Today, 03/19/24, in the morning I went to Starbucks and ordered three coffees, the lady at the drive thru was confused twice with my order and when I told her I wanted to confirm it, she told me: okay, I already have your order. I went to the payment area and there was a young man named Frankie, he gave me the wrong food and drinks twice, and when I told him that it was not my order, he very rudely yelled at me: do you want me to refund your money then? Within minutes another young woman appeared who corrected all the errors and finally gave me my correct order. I wasted time and felt very upset because I am paying for a food service and it was delivered cold and very reluctantly. ???????

I ordered a venti drink and more than half was filled with ice. The guy who took my order saw me struggling with my phone to pay and did not even greet me, all he said was “oh okay” when he saw me look up. Whoever was working the window around 4pm on 2/15/24 did look look happy to be working at all. I understand it’s a busy job but regardless you shouldn’t be giving attitude to others despite however your day is going.

Not one ill go to again & I love Starbucks just that can't go inside stood at the window never got waited on guess it's only online orders lots of homeless which doesn't bother me but guessing that's the reason they don't
