This is by far the worst Starbucks i try to avoid coming here by any means necessary but today I decided to go and of course I was disappointed. Was not greeted, the cashier never asked my name & once I tried to get my drink the barista tried to tell me it wasn’t mine and once she realized she was wrong, of course she didn’t apologize. Poor customer service with nasty attitudes, If you don’t like your job don’t work there simple as that. I will never return to this location. The Starbucks at 2067 E Highland Ave is wayyyyy better all of the workers are sweet with great customer service. All the bad reviews they have speaks volume.

Im not one to give reviewed, but I had it with this Starbucks. Their employees are always so serious and they never talk to you. I went to get my usual which is a grande latte with oat milk brown sugar and vanilla. When I went to the drive thru to pick it up because I had mobile ordered it they had put a stopper on my drink, which is weird cause they normally don’t do that unless you ask for it. I felt it was light and I took the lid off and they didn’t even fill up my drink. I figured that’s why they put the stopper so I wouldn’t see HALF my milk was missing. If I could give zero stars I would.

Lines are super long, but to be fair, everyone loves it here! Drinks are always better than other Starbucks, and staff is so sweet and friendly. They’re very helpful and the girlies there are just *chefs kiss* immaculate service and conversation!

Took way too long in the drive through I’m taking 20 wait for each car. I ordered one drink and it wasn’t great and when I saw the amount of workers in there I was in disbelief. There were 7 employees there and no one was in the lobby. Really bad I just won’t go there again. It was my first and last time

Honestly this location has given me bad past experiences so this isn’t even the first time. But workers here are typically rude and don’t get orders right. I customized an order and worker repeated what I wanted and once I started paying worker did not care and gave me something differently.

JJ and Jocelyn are amazing. JJ greets you and takes care of you to make sure you get the right stuff and Jocelyn zips thru and makes all the good stuff🫶🏽!! This Starbucks atmosphere is just so uplifting and joyful. I will be coming here from now on. They are awesome here at this location!! Thank you JJ and Jocelyn for such top tier customer service!!

I am writing to express my significant concerns regarding the management at this location. On a recent visit, the manager on duty not only refused to provide their name, but also refused to remake a drink, a clear violation of Starbucks policy. This individual appears to be enforcing their own rules, which contradict established company guidelines, and they are instructing baristas to comply with them.
This behavior creates a hostile and unprofessional environment. The manager’s conduct, including showing favoritism toward certain customers, suggests a pattern of profiling. This kind of treatment is disrespectful and unacceptable.
This manager's actions are negatively impacting the integrity of the entire store. Their refusal to follow basic customer service policies, especially given our previous experiences at this location, demonstrates a clear lack of respect for both customers and company standards. I believe this issue needs to be addressed immediately.
