On 3 December 2025 at approximately 9:00 pm or earlier I swung by the drive thru and ordered an extra large black coffee with lite ice (I have yet to remember the size names). The young lady at the window showed a bit of unexpected kindness that I was not prepared for nor am I used to. I politely declined but she insisted and I went about my way. Feeling terrible about her gesture I returned les than 15 mins later went inside and left a tip and stated to her I didn't deserve the kind gesture. As I left she called out for me from the drive thru window and asked if I was ok. I mumbled something that escapes me at the moment and continued to my car and drove away. The point of this review to apologize to that young lady for my behavior. I've never been comfortable with people doing nice things for me. I am too embarrassed to return to apologize, so hopefully this somehow makes it to her. Perhaps in a few months when my face is forgotten I can return. Thanks again to that young lady for showing kindness and don't let a-holes like me dim that light!

I’m at this Starbucks regularly. They are always so welcoming and greet me when I walk in. I have never had a problem with my drink or food order being incorrect.

This is probably the worst SB I've been too, I work at a location near by and have to stop by every so often and 5/6 times I've had a bad experience.

It's always rude customer service, and it's been the same staff member Litzy the last two times.

Last time I mistakenly ordered a drink at a different location and I realized it when I tried picking up my drink, the girl working told me sorry as if there was nothing she could do. I politely called the other location to cancel my and they informed me that this location should make my drink so I went back and asked, and she did it no problem. So weird.

Today I placed an order for pick up wait 10 mins for the drink. There is no line and I go to the window, asked for my drink - it's clear they have not even started because she had to search up what it was and says they're still working on it. I wait another 10 mins, she hands it to me and it comes back so light.

Tastes horrible and nothing like the one I had yesterday. I wasted 20+ mins here now - no time to wait for another, just want a refund this was a waste of a stop

In the day where everyone is in a rush and really no longer have a sense of customer service it was really nice to hear a friendly voice Valerie who was not rushing but trying to help get my husband the right drinks. Pulling up and seeing how great the dynamic was with the team ,Truly feels like the old holiday spirit and when called and asked for leaving a positive review Ricki was just as helpful. Proud to have such a great establishment in our community.

I visited this location today to order an iced coffee and requested an extra pump of syrup. When I received the drink, I tasted it and found that it wasn’t as sweet as I expected. I asked for an additional pump of syrup, and the barista, Dani, took the drink. When she returned, she told me that everything I had originally requested was already in the drink and handed it back. She appeared annoyed and in a hurry, which made the interaction uncomfortable.

At that point, I no longer wanted the drink—not only because of the taste, but also because of how my concern was handled. I asked for a refund, and Dani brought over who I believe was the manager, Nikki. Nikki promptly processed the refund and offered to remake the drink, which I appreciated. However, when I asked for the barista’s name, she did not provide it; I only learned it from the apron.

I visit Starbucks daily, and unfortunately, I’ve noticed that more often than not, the drinks are inconsistent and not well-made. After today’s experience, I am really reconsidering whether I want to continue spending money at Starbucks.

Poor management. Extreme Lack & awareness of time management. Poorly trained staff. Non courteous customer service. Lack of product knowledge. Extremely slow drive Thur. Employees are in constant confusion. Lack of direction & craftsmanship. I do not recommend this location. It is a disaster.

The mexican girl at the registration loos so unhappy to be at work she had intention in giving me any customer service i greated her and asked her for a large expreso and not once did she say we dont have that drink i was trying to ask for a sheken expreso and she gave me a lage cup of ice with one shot of expreso.... being a brurista i would think she would say something like hey do u mean a sheken expreso instead she looked at me like I am dumb and gave me a stupid large cup with ica. And one shot of expreso cant even believe they have that kind of service

I used to be a regular customer at this location until getting screwed over by this employee Jeremiah that I see other people have complained about here. I've also been the victim of his lack of professionalism (he insults customers) and made to feel unwelcome. I'm not coming back to this location and maybe not to any other one.

I’ve had repeated negative experiences at this store, all involving the same employee, Jeremiah. Each time I’ve asked to purchase vanilla syrup, Jeremiah goes to the back, speaks with someone else, and eventually tells me they don’t have any to sell. This has happened every single visit.

The inconsistency and treatment I’ve received have left me feeling that bias is involved, which is deeply disappointing. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly urge Starbucks to address how customers are being treated here.

I would appreciate direct follow-up from Starbucks corporate regarding this matter.

Not my normal Starbucks, was in area decided to stop. One person inside waiting for their order. 5 employees behind the counter, took over 6 mins to get my Frappuccino. Unacceptable

I just left this location, and I have to say I witnessed some of the most professional customer service I have seen in a long time. A lady in the drive thru was going back and forth with the employee about scanning her app and paying. The employee tried to explain that she had no payment method on her app, and only scanned to collect stars. She spent almost 5 minutes explaining it to her, and the lady still didn't understand what she told her over and over. This employee never got upset, never changed the tone of her voice, and took the time to try to explain it. Customer service lacks in many businesses these days. Bravo to this young lady. I wish I got her name
