Not my normal Starbucks, was in area decided to stop. One person inside waiting for their order. 5 employees behind the counter, took over 6 mins to get my Frappuccino. Unacceptable

I just left this location, and I have to say I witnessed some of the most professional customer service I have seen in a long time. A lady in the drive thru was going back and forth with the employee about scanning her app and paying. The employee tried to explain that she had no payment method on her app, and only scanned to collect stars. She spent almost 5 minutes explaining it to her, and the lady still didn't understand what she told her over and over. This employee never got upset, never changed the tone of her voice, and took the time to try to explain it. Customer service lacks in many businesses these days. Bravo to this young lady. I wish I got her name

I was in line with 9 cars in front of me, taking minutes for each car to get through to order. I decided to walk inside instead and only had one person in front of me. THERE WERE 9 PEOPLE WORKING BEHIND THE COUNTER and it still took about half an hour (total) to get my drink. I walked out and the drive thru was empty. This place has no idea how to manage both their drive thru and their inside customers at the same time.

There's only one problem I have with Starbucks today,no real espresso machines that a barista make coffee shots,all automated,no real hands on" . The art of coffee craft has been taken away . Sad.
Quality not as good, coffee is being up it's full potential.

They done it again! Karlie and her whole crew always takes care of us and makes sure we get our drinks the way we want them😊 as well i believe there’s an employee name Tony/Anthony also has great customer service!👊In general the whole little league day/night shift crew are awesome!🙌

Incredibly poor customer service yesterday 9/30 at about 615am. Only 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, yet I waited 15 mins! Very slow to take orders. When I got to the window the girl was so obviously irritated. I asked for napkins, she didn't give me any, and I told her to have a nice day and she just said "mom hmm"!!!!!! These folks get paid to serve us and be pleasant. Customer service is really a think of the past.

This starbucks is the worst starbucks I've been to. Went to the drive thru to get drinks and food for long drive to vegas. We got to to the window and ask for water. The cashier literally said "I'm so sorry I can't add water at the window". For a freaking water are you kidding me??. Service sucks.
