This is my local Starbucks love place. Love the customer service even when they have long lines. They’re always smiling. Great customer service don’t go. Nowhere else I come to this Starbucks location is the best.

I don’t know if there’s any supervision on shift, I came to order a drink when the drive through wasn’t busy, the boy taking my drink had me repeat myself mid order after not taking the time to hear me out the first time, I pulled up to the window and he was messing around with everyone behind the counter. I understand if you want to mess around with your friends on shift but you can atleast lock in for the few minutes you have to take a costumers order. Dude didn’t even have any costumed service skills either he just handed my drink while goofing off. Cmon seriously.

I usually stop by the Starbucks on West 2nd Street in San Bernardino on my way to work. Today their Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino was unavailable, so I went to the Starbucks on 5th Street instead. Like other Starbucks locations, this location also serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, micro-ground instant coffee known such as VIA, Espresso, Caffe Latte, full and loose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products. They also serve Evolution Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulange pastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers. They also sell pre-packaged food items, hot and cold sandwiches, and drinkware, including mugs and tumblers. I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, Iced Caramel Macchiato, and Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes through the drive-thru. There’s not much to say about the taste - the food and drinks were just like any other Starbucks, consistent and familiar. Since I ordered through the drive-thru, I can’t comment on the ambiance of this Starbucks location. The prices were reasonable, and the overall service was praiseworthy.
