I don’t know if there’s any supervision on shift, I came to order a drink when the drive through wasn’t busy, the boy taking my drink had me repeat myself mid order after not taking the time to hear me out the first time, I pulled up to the window and he was messing around with everyone behind the counter. I understand if you want to mess around with your friends on shift but you can atleast lock in for the few minutes you have to take a costumers order. Dude didn’t even have any costumed service skills either he just handed my drink while goofing off. Cmon seriously.

I usually stop by the Starbucks on West 2nd Street in San Bernardino on my way to work. Today their Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino was unavailable, so I went to the Starbucks on 5th Street instead. Like other Starbucks locations, this location also serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, micro-ground instant coffee known such as VIA, Espresso, Caffe Latte, full and loose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products. They also serve Evolution Fresh juices, Frappuccino beverages, La Boulange pastries, and snacks including items such as chips and crackers. They also sell pre-packaged food items, hot and cold sandwiches, and drinkware, including mugs and tumblers. I ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, Iced Caramel Macchiato, and Potato, Cheddar & Chive Bakes through the drive-thru. There’s not much to say about the taste - the food and drinks were just like any other Starbucks, consistent and familiar. Since I ordered through the drive-thru, I can’t comment on the ambiance of this Starbucks location. The prices were reasonable, and the overall service was praiseworthy.

I really liked my drink excellent coffee, the store is spacious and clean. The service was great and within good turn around time I didn't have to wait long. The workers treated me kindly and courteous. My son got his pumpkin bread his favorite and they asked if they should warm it up, i agreed. I met store manager she was a delight. I will be a returning customer.

10$ coffee and I can’t even get a full cup. I used to come here everyday. Service is like you’re communicating with a mute. Eyes roll if you ask for a comp water.
Its San Bernardino, pretty much sums it up. The employees are just there to get a paycheck and have to deal with the Daily aggressive homeless people & impatient customers (not me). Its definitely a order & Go location and not meant for a your average 2 hour lounge unless you have good situational awareness.

For a drive thu starbucks which i been to more than 50 in the state of california it is way too slow. I waited 20 for my small order and it was still wrong one of the worst service ive ever got. And there was no place to sit to enjoy it the need to have outside funiture like most of them do.

They don't seem to follow instructions very well here; i've gone here at one too many times. Also I notice the drink.I order.They make it differently here.They literally make a much more lighter in matcha (lime green color) and it's obvious they add more sugar in it.It's literally much more milk &sugar frappuccinos than it is in Matcha. . It is quite upsetting.I even ask one less pump of sugar and it doesn't seem like they really followed that instruction because it was sweet as hell🤔😮💨🙄🙄😩
