This is my local Starbucks love place. Love the customer service even when they have long lines. They’re always smiling. Great customer service don’t go. Nowhere else I come to this Starbucks location is the best.
I usually stop by the Starbucks on West 2nd Street in San Bernardino on my way to work. Today their Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino was unavailable, so I went to the Starbucks on 5th Street instead. Like other Starbucks locations, this location also serves hot and cold drinks, whole-bean coffee, micro-ground instant coffee known such as VIA, Espresso, Caffe Latte, full and loose-leaf teas including Teavana tea products. I really liked my drink excellent coffee, the store is spacious and clean. The service was great and within good turn around time I didn't have to wait long. The workers treated me kindly and courteous. My son got his pumpkin bread his favorite and they asked if they should warm it up, i agreed. I met store manager she was a delight. I will be a returning customer.
