This review is based purely on the ridiculousness of my experience today.
I missed my free b-day drink by one day because yesterday was swamped, so I wasn’t able to go and redeem it. I asked politely if I could still get it today and was told no. If I’m a week late, or even 2 days late, I get it, send me on my way! But by one day and they couldn’t honor it? Super annoying and disappointing. I’ve spent a small fortune at that place.
I went to another location close by and they honored it without question. That’s the kind of customer service I expect from a place that’s making a KILLING off its customers. I probably won’t spend my money at this location again. ✌️
I really want to love this Starbucks but they burn the coffee almost everyday. The drinks become so unbearable and bitter and disgusting I just toss my money straight into the trash. It’s 50/50 you’ll get a good coffee from here.

Horrible horrible horrible experience... I went in there asking for a simple complimentary cup of iced cold water... not only did I get refused that simple request but was humiliated and degraded by their employees one in particular that called herself the manager even spelled her name out for me when I asked her name in the most condescending way as if I'm some fool who just walked in off the street. Thank god I emailed corporate office and they were able to make things right... still this location has to get 0 stars for this reason...

We went through the drive through we had just left cleaning and it was hot and my daughter wanted water but we were told that we had to make a purchase so I ordered my favorite Caramel Frappaccino w extra caramel , it was delicious.

Better chance getting your order quick and on time through drive thru. They prioritize drive thru orders and not mobile orders. Waited 10 minutes for a drink I placed through the app before arrival to Starbucks.

Basic Starbucks. Drive through and no place to sit. Just a place to quickly grab a cup of coffee. Had the matcha latte but they changed the recipe so it’s less sweet. Ask for a double scoop of matcha for a better flavor! I believe it’s free to do so!

I ordered mobile for two green tea lattes today, when I have arrived and walked up to the window @about12:40ish in afternoon let them know my name is. The little girl that gotten my drink & yes I say such a little girl still because how completely ignorant because oh my God what she told me, after seeing the SOOO MUCH FOAM that was in my cup and LIKE almost HALF of what you clearly see it's actually drink that showed was really so unacceptable and that little girl's response “This is how we make the drinks now" but in an adamant way saying like messaging me I have no other choice, too bad for you . . . And I only say this because I know I was trying to hand it back to her in a way like can you please remake this AND she pretty much pushed/handing it back to me she did not even hesitate to tell me that that's just how they make the drinks refusing going back and remake it CORRECTLY. . THAT little girl gonna eventually will learn(at least it's the hope for all in her age) if Starbucks mangr perhaps give a good review of good customer service, unless also mngr also on same boat we/that young chick then ohhh Lord. . . 😓😮💨😮💨 . . But anywho by the end of the day little girl clearly in how lazy she showed perhaps should find elsewhere to work🤷♀️ that's suits her best. Because she does give bad customer service & has a lot to grow. Poor thing knows she wouldn't appreciate getting a drink that half way up &rest is foam, hell if she understands common sense she wouldn't find it worth paying for drink half way filled, 😒😒😒🤷♀️ based from my observation/my experience idk if she even gathers that though. . . .?

Starbucks really doesn't want my business anymore. I used to love coming here for the grilled cheese sandwich, but now their sandwich is half the size it used to be, and they raised the price as well 😕. I won't be coming back for that!
