Basic Starbucks. Drive through and no place to sit. Just a place to quickly grab a cup of coffee. Had the matcha latte but they changed the recipe so it’s less sweet. Ask for a double scoop of matcha for a better flavor! I believe it’s free to do so!

I ordered mobile for two green tea lattes today, when I have arrived and walked up to the window @about12:40ish in afternoon let them know my name is. The little girl that gotten my drink & yes I say such a little girl still because how completely ignorant because oh my God what she told me, after seeing the SOOO MUCH FOAM that was in my cup and LIKE almost HALF of what you clearly see it's actually drink that showed was really so unacceptable and that little girl's response “This is how we make the drinks now" but in an adamant way saying like messaging me I have no other choice, too bad for you . . . And I only say this because I know I was trying to hand it back to her in a way like can you please remake this AND she pretty much pushed/handing it back to me she did not even hesitate to tell me that that's just how they make the drinks refusing going back and remake it CORRECTLY. . THAT little girl gonna eventually will learn(at least it's the hope for all in her age) if Starbucks mangr perhaps give a good review of good customer service, unless also mngr also on same boat we/that young chick then ohhh Lord. . . 😓😮‍💨😮‍💨 . . But anywho by the end of the day little girl clearly in how lazy she showed perhaps should find elsewhere to work🤷‍♀️ that's suits her best. Because she does give bad customer service & has a lot to grow. Poor thing knows she wouldn't appreciate getting a drink that half way up &rest is foam, hell if she understands common sense she wouldn't find it worth paying for drink half way filled, 😒😒😒🤷‍♀️ based from my observation/my experience idk if she even gathers that though. . . .?

Starbucks really doesn't want my business anymore. I used to love coming here for the grilled cheese sandwich, but now their sandwich is half the size it used to be, and they raised the price as well 😕. I won't be coming back for that!

First experience with a drive thru only Starbucks. Coffee was excellent as expected. The morning staff did not meet my high expectations of friendliness and efficiency typical at walk-in Starbucks. I was surprised but everything worked out fine. BTW: there was no outside seating as shown in the pictures.

Parking: Limited but adequate parking for a drive thru / walk-up location

On 12/19/24 between 8 am and 8:30am, I was helped by a great person at the walk up window. I am a last minute shopper and needed to buy a $25 gift card. He informed me that he was out of the envelopes that the cards slide in to. I was disappointed because it was a gift for our secret Santa at work. Sensing my frustration he said he could put it in a small cup with some coffee beans. When he showed it to me I thought it was so creative and helpful. Plus, it smelled amazing with those beans in the cup. The gifted liked the presentation as well. I did not get his name but I want to say thank you so much. It was very busy, but you went out of your way to offer great customer service.

The cashier was rude, went through drive thru 6:30 am today (11/7/24), and apparently the cashier couldn’t take a $50 bill because she didn’t have change.. the total was like $20, you don’t have $30 in your register? Which I know is a lie as a former cashier. She just seemed annoyed when I had to remind her the drink I ordered was a Venti instead of a grande. Waited in line for nothing, how irritating!

Extremely rude service from the night shift, I was treated with disrespect, they denied a service because they couldn’t understand my accent after 3 times of repeating myself, on top of that they made fun of me waving goodbye to me I got everything on a video, very awful service!!
