The morning manager has the most unprofessional disposition i have ever come across . This company has shown that customers are replaceable just look at their constant change in CEO. I will never give my money to a manager the way this manager did to me. I couldn’t tell if he just doesn’t take constructive criticism well, or if he had a problem that it came from an Asian Hispanic man? Either way I can spend 50 dollars a week somewhere else.

I’ve repeatedly experienced discrimination and poor treatment as a disabled customer at two Starbucks locations:

As someone protected under the ADA, I expect to be treated with respect when I let staff know I have a disability. Unfortunately, I’ve repeatedly been questioned, scolded, and even threatened with order cancellations simply because I cannot place my mobile order 15–20 minutes in advance due to medical appointments. I’ve explained that I’m disabled and that the app helps me manage my neurological condition by remembering my drink order for me, yet employees still challenge me every time.

Starbucks is a multi-billion-dollar company, and if there are ongoing issues with ticket printing or order timing, that should be handled internally by your IT or operations team — not taken out on customers, especially those with disabilities.

Please ensure your employees and managers receive proper ADA and sensitivity training. When a customer identifies as disabled, that should be the end of the discussion — not the start of a confrontation.

I’m not asking for special treatment, only for equal access and a simple, respectful experience when ordering my drink and food without being harassed or made to prove my disability.

I did attempt to resolve this without leaving a negative review, but I guess I am not worthy of a phone call back from management to see how they will proceed with their future employee ADA training.

This review is based purely on the ridiculousness of my experience today.

I missed my free b-day drink by one day because yesterday was swamped, so I wasn’t able to go and redeem it. I asked politely if I could still get it today and was told no. If I’m a week late, or even 2 days late, I get it, send me on my way! But by one day and they couldn’t honor it? Super annoying and disappointing. I’ve spent a small fortune at that place.

I went to another location close by and they honored it without question. That’s the kind of customer service I expect from a place that’s making a KILLING off its customers. I probably won’t spend my money at this location again. ✌️

I really want to love this Starbucks but they burn the coffee almost everyday. The drinks become so unbearable and bitter and disgusting I just toss my money straight into the trash. It’s 50/50 you’ll get a good coffee from here.

Horrible horrible horrible experience... I went in there asking for a simple complimentary cup of iced cold water... not only did I get refused that simple request but was humiliated and degraded by their employees one in particular that called herself the manager even spelled her name out for me when I asked her name in the most condescending way as if I'm some fool who just walked in off the street. Thank god I emailed corporate office and they were able to make things right... still this location has to get 0 stars for this reason...

We went through the drive through we had just left cleaning and it was hot and my daughter wanted water but we were told that we had to make a purchase so I ordered my favorite Caramel Frappaccino w extra caramel , it was delicious.
