They need to ease up on the ice. Went to ask for the refill policy and they were swamped. Still the barista took a minute to explain what can and can't be refilled in a very friendly way.
My least favorite of the several Starbucks I use. The drive-thru gets backed up often, the parking is bad when the adjacent dentist is open, the seating area is small and cluttered, and it is not pedestrian friendly.
Usually great but then there are days like today. I thought the chestnut praline latte came hot. Stopped by this morning and received an ice cold drink. It was in a paper cup with a sleeve so I would think the drink was supposed to be hot.
