Today is raining and I asked my husband to get me the mint majesty tea. They gave him the honey citrus mint tea. He said he was clear with saying my exact order making sure he said “MINT MAJESTY”. Whoever made this order @1:24pm clearly does not do orders correctly for some reason and shouldn’t be working the drive thru. Next time I order my favorite tea I will make sure to stay there till they correct my order. Unacceptable

First of all terrible customer service, we first pulled up to the drive thru no one greeted us when we said hello someone answered and very rude said wait a second took awhile to come come back we ordered custom drinks the barista sounded annoyed when she gave us our drink, and the drink was terribly made, like if they made it like they don’t care, and very rude at the window, and drinks were half full , I don’t recommend coming here terrible..

The place looked like a courthouse witch gave me a bad vibe, I went in and they had flys in the food display... I was grossed out, I did not want to even drink the water they had. So I went on the internet and googled flys on display, and this is hella nasty but I guess it is a problem for Starbuck. A lot of people are saying the same thing.

To shut down For a store meeting at 1:00 in the afternoon is not Starbucks I know and love! This location should be better managed.
Honestly they are one the fastest locations I've been too everything was made correctly. If this location had more outlets it be a ten out of ten.
