Such horrible baristas, they had my waiting more than 15 minutes for a drink while the store was empty.
When entering, you already see the long line of people waiting for their drink, whether in line to pick up or to order. The baristas are barely getting the drinks out, and then you have another warming up bread like no tomorrow. They have no sense of order there and will make you wait almost 20-30 minutes in line just for them to tell you at the front to wait while they warm up the food without sparing a glance at you. Mobile orders are always the priority, even when they have a long line of people, and no one is picking up their orders. Would rather leave the school and go to the other two locations close by. So if you want to go get something to drink, have like an hour to spare at this point. Super lame.

I was standing there and waiting for 20 minutes while they were getting other orders ready in a very relaxed manner, not giving any reaction during eye contact and then called a client who came after me and was behind me in line and took her order. I felt I didn’t exist for them. Interesting, right?

People at this place are awful, especially the managers. Making their fellow students feel as if they have less value as a person. As a someone with heavy introvert personality, it took me more than 2 months to walk in there and get a drink, and even though they were friendly at first, as soon as I told the person behind the counter that my order was wrong, and if I could get the right one, their attitude change completely, and a couple of them were making comments and laughing at me, while I pretend to look at my phone. This childish behavior is unacceptable for students of this university. Many of the students coming here for coffee have enough stress with school work and everything else that comes with it. So many in our first semester, and don't need sarcasm and bullying from the people making the coffee. How can they ask for support when the company treats them badly when they are doing the same thing to us.

Some workers are amazing but this semester I have not had a single order made correctly, especially if it’s an online order. I’ve paid for extra of something and they don’t even put what was in the base drink. Just nothing lmao. They never include things you specify on the order which could be really bad if you have allergies, thank goodness I don’t. There’s just always something wrong with every drink and it’s either intentional or complete dismissiveness because they’re “so busy”. Yes you’re busy you work at Starbucks. Again some workers are great and so kind but some act like it’s a jail sentence. I’m not sure if their conditions are that bad or something, maybe hire more people, idk. I just would not recommend going here, you 100% will not get what you ordered. the howl and growl I’ve heard is better if you really want something from here.

I wouldn’t recommend this store I order a large black coffee online while I was getting ready for work at home . When I arrived to get my coffee they had my empty cup just sitting there I had to ask them about my order I’m glad I did because I would of just sat there for nothing they never even brewed my coffee now im going to late for work because I have to wait for them to brew my coffee I order it at 6:50

They lost my ticket so i waited almost 40 minutes for nothing. took them 10 minutes after i mentioned my drink to them. it wasn’t even made right when i finally got it i just left because i was so mad. the girl who ordered before still hadn’t received her drink. i got a cup with someone else’s name and order on it. I asked for extra caramel which i did not receive. my roommate has also had several orders messed up. my coffee tasted like chocolate milk. it was definitely not made right. and when the girl asked me what my order was she walked away before i finished. then came back asking me what my order was again. she was very rude about it. like you lost my tag why are you being rude about it. also the caramel was definitely not extra like i ordered. it was a single line that didn’t even go all the way around the cup. and it wasn’t on top like i wanted.
