This place is just dumb they don’t have any change for 100 what place have no change for 100 not everyone has a debit card ugh the girl was nice but there stupid with the no cash bullshit and u could only get water if u purchase something know this is insane

Garbage workers. Coming at opening time, the door was still locked. The workers are stared at us thru the window and made us wait in the damn freezing cold, ignoring us for the next ten minutes. It is not hard to come to the door and ask us to wait for a couple more minutes for them to open or to just let us in while they set up the seats, instead they just ignore you at the door and give you mean looks as if coming at opening time for coffee is a fault. As we walked in the door, we received no word, no welcome, hi, good morning , just side eyes like we did something wrong. Customers wont mind waiting couple more minutes past opening hour but in the damn least come to the door and communicate and ask us to wait instead of ignoring multiple eye contacts as you continue to do nothing inside and treating you as less than a person

This location always runs out of peach juice, atleast 3 times a week. It’s only at this location and I say it because I visit different Starbucks everyday and order the same thing

I literally had barely sat down as I was on a phone call and one of the workers came to me to ask if I was going to order something…. I literally buy Starbucks once to twice a day… this has NEVER happened to me the entire time I’ve been going to Starbucks to do some work…. I was so shocked and felt so uncomfortable that the employee even asked me this…. The funny thing is I had literally just finished venti coffee before walking in to this one trying to settle myself in before buying another one. This is really bad service I’m sorry but I barely come here and the one time I do this happens. The only reason I came to this one is because it’s close to my other job… very bad Starbucks idk what’s happeneing but I’m literally in scrubs with a laptop so idk if your employee thought I was just here to use the internet like idk… I’m in shock but this is horrible
