On this location the tall guy with glasses and others never change their gloves and I'm allergic to pickles and he leave people waiting to pay and keep going without the next customer before I told him to change his gloves he grab my sandwich after grab the pickle and say it's my fault for not saying nothing before. He was serving my sandwich and not finished when he was doing someone else sandwich so rude. Now I have to give my sandwich to someone else cuz has pickles not right

Worst service I've ever had at a subway I put a line for 30 minutes it wasn't even that busy and then the guy gets rude with me because I was showing him my list of what I worst possible customer service ever find a another location to go to don't go to this one

This Subway Location on The corner of Waterman & Highland in San Bernardino Employees is Prejudice Customer Service Stinks And Employee Attitude And the Subs was not fresh nasty run I’ll had much much better

This store has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Very rude employees if you dont like your jobs quit and find something more suitable for yourselves. Employees are telling all guests they have to pay extra to add extra vegetables I've never had to pay extra for vegetables and all their bread was hard as a rock

My sandwich tasted not-so-great. The ingredient line is almost empty at 7 pm. My pretzel was salty. My food was prepared on top of the hole of the cutting board where they dump the food waste, so I think it is a public health violation. The board is very dirty. The gentlemen making my sandwich touched the fridge, the whole of the cutting board, the back fridge and the wall while getting ingredients from the back, with the same gloves. I didn’t say anything because I thought that the woman or the man in the store were gonna just refuse, so I let them do whatever they wanted to do.
The girl working today 11/2 at 7 pm is so rude. She can’t even work the line because she is complaining in the back saying that a customer is nonbinary and that she is allowed to refuse service. She is beyond mad and rude, and should know that the customers aren’t making mistakes like hers when she says she is short $1.60 in her cashier box. Very poor attitude, and IF I see her again I won’t let her do my sandwich for the rude, grandiose, and ridiculous comments that she made.
The atmosphere is ordinary. The store is in San Bernardino, so nothing excellent. For excellent ratings, I could talk of other stores. This one gets a 4/10.

Stuff was very rude. People working there are very racist. They look at you badly and their service is terrible, don't spend your money in a place like this. U guys didnt even deserve 1 star
I've been here before, but yesterday, was a nightmare! I ordered a chicken salad power bowl. I started feeling sick from it about 2 hrs after I ate it. When I got home, I started throwing up. Didn't stop till about 1am. (Threw up 9 times) Seriously, you have to know what you are doing when it comes to food. Neither girl there seemed like she really knew what she was doing as far as handling food. I just thank God I didn't eat the whole thing. Will never go back there.

I don't understand why when you arrive with a coupon for the rest the cashiers look at you ugly if they stop that they send the coupons the cashier with a look of regret and her horrible service the truth is the first and the last time I visit that place the delicious food but the service leaves a lot to be desired ??
