My sandwiches are never toasted when I order online, and they barely put anything in the sandwich, this time it was mostly jalapeños, wilted spinach and bread. Took most the jalapeños out. Ate two foot longs wasn't even close to being full. It was completely covered in black pepper way too much pepper. Jersey Mike's is a million times better.
They did not accept the national coupons, bunmer.bummer. I ordered a meatball sub.

Was waiting on the helper #438 With a Customer in front of me wich is fine i waited like 10 minutes wich is fine ..then another girl comes out and get a ticket that just poped out for online service ..and she start making sandwiches for her order without saying anything like wait a second we will be with you in a moment nothing. Well i wait for the guy helper and i told him i didnt know that i i order online my sandwich would be priority. And then the girs said to him its ok like to prevent him from.speaking , well he did my sandwiched chicken nacho cheese i said i wanted tosted and he just put it for 15 seconds with all the cold food didnt melt or even warm the food. . Well i open it and look very bad just like bomit from the cold chicken and cheese... i trash it . Waist of money.. you need to train your employees better..

Terrible service. The person in the photo wanted me to get upset because I told him that they should give better service and stop talking. I asked for the name of his manager and he refused. I took a photo of him. He went crazy, closed the door and tried to hit me until another person came out from behind and told him to open the door.

I couldn't order what I wanted because ghetto Felicia didn't want to customize my sub even if we paid extra (any other Subway I go does), so I left and took my business somewhere

I really like the service I got. My husband and I were telling the guy how we wanted the sandwiches. He didn't pressure us in hurry up. He made it the way we want it. For that I really appreciate Subway, because they made it our way. Thank you.
