Worst Subway I’ve been to. I ordered in the Subway app and picked it up. My chicken was cold and my cheese wasn’t melted even though it was supposed to be toasted. The bread was stale and they completely forgot my BBQ sauce! On top of all that they didn’t accept the coupons I had so I paid way more than I wanted for a sub that was trash.

I went to Subway to order dinner. A crew member by the name of Anna assisted me and was very kind and helpful while I ordered my food she has great customer service. Also was a very clean environment will be returning soon!!

Every week I stop at Subway on Hospitality Ln to get subs for me and my husband for work. Catherine is always polite and greets me when I walk in. She's even gone so far as to remember our orders. That can't be easy with the number of customers she has. The food is always made to perfection and I look forward to seeing her each week.

Plane and simple the service is horrible. The girl with tattoos and white highlights on her hair shouldnt be working there. She clearly hates her job. Walked in and thought everything was cool until she started arguing with me about something that could have been avoided. No wonder this place was so damn empty when i walked in. Manager please do a better job and train your employees or hire new ones!!!

To Whom It May Concern,

I’m writing to share a very disappointing experience I had at one of your Subway locations.

When I walked in, I politely asked if I could use the restroom. The employee, who had visible facial tattoos and a smug expression, responded by asking if I planned to buy something. I explained that I would purchase a bottle of water but really needed to use the restroom first. She insisted that I pay before she would give me the restroom code.

I expressed my frustration and told her I’d pay first, though I found the policy unreasonable. She then made a sarcastic comment along the lines of, “I don’t just let people walk in and use the restroom,” in an extremely rude tone. I replied, “When you’ve got to go, you’ve got to go—especially at my age.” She then charged me $3.09 for a bottle of water before even allowing me access to the restroom.

This behavior was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service, and frankly, I’m offended. I will not be returning to this Subway—or any Subway—after this experience. If this is the kind of employee that represents your brand, I seriously question the overall standards being upheld, including in food preparation.

I went here to try the Baja Chipotle Chicken sandwich. I wanted toasted bread. Toaster wasn't working. They were out of almost all of the chips. Worker was very rude. Disappointing!

Do not go here. Workers are rude and food is never done on time if you order for pick up. The food is not worth waiting for. I ordered food at 11 am for 12pm and food wasn't ready until 12:23 and the lady just threw my food on the counter. I will never go here again. Save your money. If you hate your job so much, go find a better one because your customer service sucks!!!

Even when we said that we where making a purchase and one of us stayed in lane to order they refused to let us use the restroom. I understand that restroom use is foe customers only, but to make us wait is inhumane.

This by far has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at any subway I’ve ever been to. All the girls there were very Rude. 7/19/24 The 3 girls who were there should definitely get retrained in customer service.

Terrible experience and apparently they do not even have managers or supervisors there haha what a joke. The customer service is rude and the food is low quality. Had to fight one to get a foot long cookie which they said they were out and I pointed to the sign saying its back! It was burnt. Bread was dry, I asked to melt cheese and toast some meat in the oven and they didn’t. Brown lettuce soggy tomatoes combined with nasty workers, this place obviously is full of high school drop outs who have no idea what they want to do and are miserable. If there is a manager, you need to reevaluate the work force! I already filed a complaint with corporate.
